Impossible to install any program after downloading from the internet

I have installed many types of Explorers (incl. IE, FF, Opera, Safari and Chrome). When I want to download a program on the internet, I do the usual. However, on all explorers when I try to run the program messages developed.
FF: "example" program is not a valid Win32 Application.
IE: I click Run but nothing happens
Safari: It says that it cannot open the file because some parts have been moved since the download (even though I have not touched the file)

I tried this without addons is not a problem to Add on.
I use Vista Edition Home Premium and I really need help because I can not download any program!

Thank you
