  Thanks for your reply, but that has now been resolved.  I called support Blackberry again Tuesday and was related to a person who really understands the problem.  Finally, there are two problems.  (1.) that the email address was always associated with the old phone; (and 2.) When they put in the new phone service, they did for two service providers - SaskTel, as he should have, but also of Bell, which should never have been there.  Once they removed the provisioning for Bell, everything worked fine.

  Most applications will be compatible.

  On the new device, go to AppWorld > MyWorld.

  Press the Menu button > refresh.

  You should see all your old apps in the list "uninstalled". Click at the top of the screen to pull down the uninstalled.

When I try to synchronize the new phone, it creates a new (I guess what is called hotsync id). When attaching the new phone with USB is there anyway I can tell Palm Desktop to crush the new data with the old data of phones phones?

  IIR, you got it in the mail, it should have a packing slip that accompanies it with serial number for information.  who can be paired the phone room in settings/general/about.  Should not your old phone number because it is no longer relevant. Warranty info can be obtained with the new serial number

  I got my Palm a week ago, it was really good but stopped working so I traded today.  I thought that the contacts and appointments on my palm profile should be automatically redeemed when I switched phones, but he seems not to have happened.  Also, when I put in my details to sync with my google mail calendar none of nominations that seem to have yielded.  I lost a lot of contacts and appointments (the palm profile mail), can anyone help?

  Solved the problem myself - sort of.

  Went back to the shop, got my old phone, put my sim in there, transferred all the contacts of the SIM card (you seem to have to do this one by one, it took a while) then put my sim back in my new phone.

  you don't seem to be able to transfer Email contacts to the sim card, but it wasn't a big problem because they were all from a transfer one-way from outlook anyway so I just did it again.

  I had then to go through all my contacts to the new phone to add a link to all profiles, but at least I got them back.

  Most of my appointments were in my Google calendar in any case, I so copied all those on the calendar in the Palm of my old phone and haunted them.

  Once the Palm profile idea is working and it really does save remotely and gives you all of this is going to be great.  So far, I would say really that you do not answer this topic!

• Problem to download applications with the new iPad Pro

  I am not able to download apps on my new iPad Pro.  The word "waiting...". "poster permanently under the application icon.  When I try to download apps to iCloud (i.e. apps I have on other devices) I just get a circle of rotation.  I have checked and confirmed that my wifi connection works.  I have no problem to access Web sites via safari.

  Try to reset the App Store:

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then restart the unit.

  Then sign into the iTunes Store and try to download again.

  Also check the settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow.

  I have a PC at home that works under Windows XP. I like to use a PC rather than a laptop, I like the size of the screen and the keyboard. I want to buy a new mobile phone to take better photos and download them on your PC. I was told that a new mobile phone will be probably windows 7/8 or 10 and my PC will not be able to download anything, even if an android phone would work?

  He also referred to for me to buy a new mobile phone and a new laptop. Connect the new laptop to the PC, so I run a new version of windows and then transfer the photos.

  I'm so confused! I just want to take decent pictures and download them.

  Good luck with the shopping spree... in addition to the card (and a micro card adapter), will need you a usb card reader which is a device that plug into your usb port and allow an SD card to be read. That's if there is no card slot on the XP (which is probably the case).

• Voive Memo app does not start upon transfer to the new phone

  I transferred the contents of an iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 (32 GB, iOS 9.3.2) Asia via iTunes on my PC. Everything else seems to work OK, but when I try to run the voice memo application a window opens with the heading "Cannot create voice memo" and stating "there was a problem creating the application resources. Make space by deleting photos or existing videos. The only option in the window is to click 'OK', which closes the application. So I deleted about 5 GB of videos/pictures, but the problem persists. I tried to remove and re - install the app, but it's an Apple that cannot be deleted (without "x" on the icon jiggling when you try the deletion thing).

  Under the window, it says also "no record", but I got 9 records on the old phone. I would like to get the records transferred.

  You cannot delete the built-in apps.

  Try to restore as new and then synchronize your content manually back.
