• Download reports to a dashboard

  In normal reports, you have the possibility to download any report to excel for example. In a dashboard, you have only the option 'Printable Version '. I noticed in the predefined dashboards, that each individual report has a "Download" function, but creating reports for my table of custom edge 'download' or 'printable version' option is not indicated for each report. Does anyone know how to add this feature to my reports?

  Hello, Brent

  I think you will find this option when you design the dashbord and include each in there reports.

  In the design of dashboard page, in the report area, you must click on properties > report links (to middle of result display, view and ask to change). Here, you will be able to specify if you want the update, also printable version and/or download options.

  You will need to do this for each report that you include in your dashboards.

  When I download a report to Excel it is still opening as an MHTML file as fact when I download any format as Power Point, etc it is defaulting to MHTML. Please let me know if there is any change of setting I need to do. It works great for someone else, but for me it doesn't. Thanks for your time and your help.

  Well, if you say that your Excel does not recognize a .mhtml file

  Follow these steps to check:

  (1) open the Windows Explorer (hold the Key Microsoft - one to the left of the ALT - and then press 'e'. It is a shortcut to open Windows Explorer. (Note: not to be confused with Internet Explorer!)

  2) click on tools > Options files and when the window opens, click on the views of file Type.

  3) scroll down until you get to .mhtml. What is the application associated with this file extension? Change it to Excel, and then Excel needs to open the file for you.

  I need that column in the report have values like 1.50,1.5,3.50,when I download the report in an Excel spreadsheet, the values are rounded and appearing as 1.5,1.5,3.5.

  can you please check the type of data in Dr. .your saying that it's a varchar. Change the type of integer data and try it. Why you store the integer value in the varchar column?

  Dashboard contains more than one report and add an export button for downloading these reports to Excel.

  There is no direct option, you can try the following workaround.

  Option-> Print-> page printable Html

  Then the file-> Save Page as

  Pharmasset Save as type as it is-> all files
  File name as Report.xls

  When you open the xls file, if you get a pop up saying problem during a load simply omit it and move forward.
  The report opens in excel.

  Or save the page as html /mht and open it with Excel, it works too.

  We can get the exported file now. In IE 10, all results export are saved temporarily in the download options, press Ctrl + J (view downloads) and save the results and open it.

  Hello

  There is no direct option to export to excel based on 11.1.1.6.This is added in 11.1.1.7.0

  In 11.1.1.7.0, we are able to export the complete dashboard page and the current page with export to excel option.

However, looking closer notification and comparing it with a purchase / download the report on the same period (April) they are not synchronized. Download report shows more downloads I got paid for.   But Tom's right. Because the plugin doesn't work in most cases your problem is very likely related data. So if you could share the xlsx file, or the files mentioned Tom that it would probably help solve the problem
