  As it is a Custom Build by Ironside was computers, you will need to communicate with them in a way to reinstall the operating system, they are required by Microsoft to provide the purchase

  You don't say if the COA sticker on the computer case is retail or OEM System builders license.

  If by chance, they installed a retail license:

  The only legal Windows 7 download available is now Microsoft, as Microsoft has stopped DigitalRiver Windows 7 ISO downloads.

  But Microsoft only provides these downloads for Windows 7 keys to selling product at retail, not preinstalled OEM product keys.

  You need to market the very important instructions of mentioned on the page and commit the cookie before clicking on the link to download the software.

  Otherwise you get an error "access denied."

  According to the Adobe customer service, they do not provide installation files for all their old products (understandable).  Acrobat 9 Pro, only versions of Windows are available for download via Adobe.

  There is a small tip before you start to download the installer, please start the download of any software from adobe.com and cancel and then use the link above in the same browser.

  How the MS download tool usually does is it checks that you have already installed when you run the download tool to make sure that you download the same version.

  But since you have to use another PC to download, just be sure that you download the SAME VERSION of Win10 you have on the PC.
