It's been almost four months and we still have to successfully download the software on the computer, so we can really use it. It is completely UN acceptable. Despite many attempts and chat sessions with several of your support staff. We lost hours and hours of our precious time trying to get a working to our computer installation. The computer is a newer version than MacBook Pro bought new in January 2015. It's a sad testament to the stability of your SW if you can't creative SW runs on a Mac. I am confused with what I can do about it. Your Tech support staff clearly didn't have the knowledge to fix and the SW is defective and unusable. Is the problem of the license of the device? We can get this as another form. The last chat with one of our staff asked an email address to at least try to get additional contacts for help, but technology chat session refused to give their address. Four different Tech tried different solutions without success. What to do next? Please consult the transcript of what has past and let us know how to proceed. We are a non-profit organization. Our time and money is valuable to us. We want the use of the software that we paid for. We need a solution to this.

He then invites me to click on the download button to start downloading the software and a package install presumed is appeared in my downloads folder in the Dock. When I double-click it, I get the following error message: "Download the Package" cannot open the developer's identity cannot be confirmed. How can I get around this? I have to download another program to install the Web page cloud creative and, if so, it will prompt me to enter the serial number LR already achieved? Any help appreciated.

  I recently bought a new AT & T Centro for my wife and was very excited to see the software available for download with her bonus. However, when I try to download, the site asks me to enter the serial number of the phone, but it gives me the message: "* Please enter a valid serial number."

  I'm in one S/N that I can find on both the box and the phone.
