  I have problems to download Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm working on a Windows XP PC, I'm guessing that since 2004. Tried to download Illustrator via the Cloud. Tried to open the program; it loaded for a few minutes and then came up with the following message "this program has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for any inconvenience. »

  Then downloaded InDesign without program helping - directly on the site. This also failed. I tried to remove the program and then download it again in a different location, but this did not help. I repeated this process several times, tried several different places, but no luck. The software will actually download, but does not open. When I try to download in the Adobe download window (for the download destination folder options), there is a yellow symbol with an exclamation mark next to "Adobe InDesign" and the file size will be.

  I thought there were not enough disk space, but even after that I tried to clear the space program did not open. I'm pretty certain disk space isn't the issue because my computer tells me that I have enough space to download InDesign.

  I also read somewhere that the reason why InDesign can not open, this is the printer default may not be connected. I have connected default printer, downloaded the program again and the problem was not corrected.

  Is this a new problem or a long? If it's new, that you recently changed?

  Is it just downloads or you have the same problem with other folders?

  If you have not restarted since the problem began, do so and try again.

  It was only the downloads folder, but it is now. I rebooted my system, and it appears.

  I think because of the overhead it did not open.

  It seems that your computer is infected. The dll file that reference you is not a file valid which is a good indication of malware. Click on the links below and download Superantispyware Portable. The scanner does not install or need to update assuming that you perform analysis in a reasonable amount of time after download.

  I installed the download manager in order to get a trial of Acrobat XI.  Installs the download assistant, I connect with an identifying valid Adobe, but no products to display.  How do I download the trial version?  Find all the indications I have tell me to use the download wizard, but it seems to be broken.

  I also tried with anti-virus and firewall disabled according to the documentation.  It sounds ridiculous to force windows users to turn them off.  It does not change the results.

  I found the solution, it was a simple removal of the appdata to the download Assistant.
