  Go to System Preferences > Security and privacy > General > choose "Anywhere" under allow downloaded applications from.

  I use InDesign CC for some time and for some reason that I can't quite understand this suddenly stopped working, literally from one day to the next. I didn't install anything else, nor my computer passed through updates.

  
  I uninstalled InDesign, CC update to the latest version and reinstalled InDesign, and it still not open. I've deleted preferences and cache without result.

  I am on Windows 7 and when I look at my task manager after the application is closed, I see that it never closes completely. He's always sitting.
