  You can follow the article: sign activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC that will help you get this issue fixed.

• Working Photoshop CS5 suddenly says trial has expired and does not accept the serial code

  I had Photoshop CS5 installed on two computers for several years without problem.  Now on the Windows 7 machine does not open all of a suddenly and said that the trial has expired, while he rejects the serial code which worked and which shows again that code on the other computer (XP), which still works fine.

  I tried to remove the program and reload many times. I could throughout the registry (regedit) and don't see anything that could be the cause.

  Please try to uninstall Muse > disconnect from creative cloud > reconnect and install Muse.

  How do I get a message from Adobe that my trial has failed, but he said his expired? How does adobe think they get any business or money out of me with this model? also, not being able to send everyone is ridiculous, I don't know if this message will happen to someone who can help me. I will NOT buy a membership with adobe like that, the way things are set up here, now, all I can do to help on this site, is a forum for questions and answers, useless.

  Adobe if you want my business, and I don't have a LOT, I won't buy one of your products until I can try them and then be able to communicate with someone or call someone for help if I need it. Adobe you many think of your business model is robust, but it won't make a penny from me.

  I tried lightroom 5 on someone elses computer for a few minutes and it looked good, but with the way you do your thing here its impossible for me consider parting with all species for your products, unless you come to the party and help.
