  Hi, I got a trial version of LR, which has expired.  I bought the CC, and when I run the desktop application, next to LR, it says trial has expired and makes me want to buy.  But when I click on buy, it says correctly that I already bought it.  LR is open, but the develop module is disabled - it says that I need to renew my membership to reactivate the develop module.  I've been around the FAQ and this on board and we tried various things, but nothing has helped.   and in the 11.0 folder is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the entire 11.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks enabled so that you can see the full quoted path.

  What is the duration of your project, when the problem is? You have the same problem if you open a new project? Where are your stored source media, and do you get coloured poster of the Offline Media in the open project (in thumbnails active project or in the content of the timeline)?

  It is possible that the Automatic Configuration Windows wireless service is not configured to run at startup.
  Try the following:
  1. click on Start and run
  2. type in the box to run services.msc
  3 scroll down and look for the Automatic Wireless Configuration service
  4. double-click on the service and make sure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic

  Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application then go to preferences then sign out and then sign back with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription photographers, that is to say the same e-mail address and password.

  Then open Lightroom and go to the Help menu and make sure that it is signed in with that Adobe ID email address.

  This problem may be caused by corrupted cookies.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.
