  I have adobe photoshop elements 13 first package. I have a macbook pro, but instead downloaded the windows version... is happening in the world can I do to fix this? I did not pay attention to which version I was downloading until I saw download and it says windows... anyone know if I can get my money for the version of windows and then buy the mac version? How does this work? This is my first time doing this.

  Just download the mac version and install it.  remove the version of windows.

  I recently tried to update 10.1 10.1.1 to iMovie and I noticed that when the iMovie update appeared, it was 10.1.  He eventually changed 10.1.1 but after I downloaded and installed, I noticed I still had installed 10.1, and since the App Store think it downloaded and installed 10.1.1 I can't upgrade to the latest version.  Is there a way I can force the App Store to check the version of iMove I installed and see if it can be updated?

  OK for everyone having this problem too:

  This is because the devices will want to download thie out higher that supports of their device.  2.0 is greater than 1.0, so all deivce that is supported on both version will get 2.0, not the older 1.0.

  With regard to the Minimum, OS6.0 OS devices will download the bundle OS5.0 unless you have a plan in the new version with minimal OS 6.0 to support these models.

  I had the same problem - my solution:

  1. If you create a connection to Adobe, make sure that you click the verification link in the email sent to you to verify your account.

  Hello DL Farrell, you can use the same version of firmware for version 5 or 6 because they use the same version of the firmware update.

  To check the version number of your router, just take a look at the bottom of the unit, there is a small printed tag. It is next to the model number of your router, but if you have a hard time, you want you can check the departure of the characters of your serial number.
