Downloading music to Sansa Fuze 4 GB Help!

I bought two different 4 s Sansa Fuze g for my two children and they have been sitting on the counter since Christmas because of the problems I describe.  I have Windows Vista Home premium (64 bit) with many already present songs in Windows media player.  My big problem is that whenever I have sync music (download) for each Sansa player he always double downloads.  While I use the Windows Media Player or drag and drop in windows Explorer, I always get the song twice on the drive!  I downloaded the latest firmware with no help.  Also, when I go back to the player and remove one of them, none of them end up working.

Can someone please offer me solutions?

Thank you

I took my daughters to the MTP mode and I let here since we will be sync with WMP.  When I did this all worked very well.  I really appreciate the help as this has been a huge burden for us who had been going on for months.  Thanks again and Happy Easter!

  • Music from Sansa Fuze for PC recovery

I loaded about 500 titles to my Sansa Fuze about 1 year ago. Meanwhile, I had a pretty big problem with my PC and had to replace the operating system. This resulted in my losing all the recorded tracks in Windows Media Player and my PC to normal files. All I want to do is to copy the music tracks back to my rocket to the PC but who are unable to do.  I am running Windows 8.1.

When I look on the "rocket" via the PC I can see Playlists but not the tracks in their breast. The files are in the format of PLA and the pc seems unable to read.

    Can anyone help please

    Jaki

You should be able to copy the files from playlist .pla on your computer of the player as well. Note that they do not work because the path is not correct, but they will be there for back-up if you need to transfer them to the player again.

  • How to download video to Sansa Fuze?

I'm in love with my 4 GB for a month Sansa Fuze.  I have no problem at all downloading music to the device (I call it the 'model-safe MP3'), but I'm a total newbie when it comes to video download.  Is it possible to download video from a TV or Youtube network website?  If so, can someone break it down for me very, very simply?

It is quite some references on how to do it, but in a nutshell, you need to use the Sansa Media Converter program available for download here. With your rocket connected (this is important, it should be connected during the conversion) raise you the program and drag & drop files and click on convert. Conversion converts the files and place them on the "rocket". Any file as SMC (S Media Converter ansa) cannot recognize it will tell you talk and those who will be executed by another program to convert them to a format THAT SMC likes it. • Play music from Sansa Fuze my computer speakers?

Can I listen to music on my Sansa Fuze MP3 player in my computer speakers?

If I can, how can I connect the "rocket" on my computer or on my speakers?

Connect the "rocket" to your computer with the USB cable. Looking for the "rocket" as a disc or two discs (one for unity, for card) in Windows Explorer (computer or workstation). Discover music. Assuming that you have a drive in your computer - such as Windows Media Player or Winamp or iTunes - you should be able to click on a file and read it.

  • Sansa Fuze + micro SDHC, HELP!

    Hello!

I bought a 8 GB Fuze and I would buy a micro SDHC too.

I don't know which would be better:

(I've heard; a Sandisk card no may be insufficient for the "rocket", so I think I'll buy a Sandisk card).

    I need of 8 or 16 GB.

There are 8 GB class 2, 8 Gb Ultra (probably class 6) and 16 GB class 2. (Ultra 16 Gb is too expensive).

Would be class 2 too slow, speed of at least 2 MB/s? For the music. I don't know, but the 8 GB: less than $20 and the Ultra is about $30.

The 16 GB is almost $50, quite expensive not to mention Ultra.

I think that 8 GB should be enough, but more space is better, just don't know is class 2 good, or rather Ultra?...

Would be better to buy an 8 GB Ultra and expect that the price of the 16 Ultra will be low?

    Thank you!

You need not Ultra card for this purpose. Class 2 is fine.

Ultra cards for photographers and videographers who need to write much about the FAST card.  All you are doing is loading music on the map via the USB port of your computer, and the speed of writing on a class 2 card can easily handle this.

Then buy a card that is slower, larger, depending on what you can afford.  It must not be SanDisk, but avoid brands without name or alleged false (like cards strangely cheap on eBay).

  • I can't sync music in my Sansa Fuze more!

I have a new computer at home and caused problems with my Sansa Fuze since.

I checked that many comments in this forum, sorry if this has been answered, I have not seen...

I've added new albums to my music list and it does not work. I did as I always did before, that is, I used Windows Media, I took an album and put it in the section of the rocket, then I clicked on "synchronize". The message appeared was that synchronization has been made successfully, and that I could disconnect my Sansa player, I did. The album and the songs appear in my list on my Sensa. BUT... When I try to play the songs, I can't hear anything and I see the song very fast display number. Let's say there are 10 songs on the album, I see 1/10... 2/10... 3/10... and so on until it reaches 10/10 then it goes back to 1/10...

I thought I did something wrong so I erased ALL my albums and now I am unable to put any music on my player.

Someone knows how to fix this?

I checked, I'm in MSC mode. I just got a new PC with Windows 7.

Thank you in advance for your help! I'mleaving for a 2 week stay in 10 days, if you could help me solve this problem before my departure, it would be very appreciated!

With WMP, use MTP mode.  If you use the MSC mode and do drag it from windows Explorer.

  • Sansa Fuze don't will not load! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had my sansa fuze since last Christmas.

The first time my sansa fuze wouldn't load I came here and someone told me to hang it to the USB port back because he has more power.

So I got this new computer recently and my computer will not recognize it. I tried to uninstall it in my computer, but nothing works for me.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem

    Thanks for the help

First try all ports - and no hubs USB, just connection is direct to the computer.

If there is still no love, go to Settings/Control Panel on the "rocket" and change the USB MSC Mode and see if it charges.

Look in the computer and see which version of Windows Media Player, it is a. (open WMP, click on help and about.)  It must be 10 or 11 to recognize the "rocket" in MTP mode, which is probably what you value. Update Windows Media Player 10 or 11, and you can move on to PSG.

  • Need help... How can I open my sansa fuze mp3 player?

    Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I was a little awkward. I spilled orange juice on my sansa fuze mp3 player and now I could not move the small wheel more . Everything else (electronics) is OK, but now I have to clean it up.

I would be very happy if someone could explain to me how can I open it... I tried, but so far I have not.

    Thanks in advance,

    Itzy

This can help. But be warned if you open it and it goes bad later SanDisk who see and decide to not honor the warranty.

  • Anyone know how to convert music videos using a Mac on Sansa Fuze? What software or format?

I tried a number of formats using free video converters with the chance to know. Is there someone out there has this problem or has a solution. As I said I tried the formats listed on Web of Sandisk site with some free video converters and the only format that appears in Sansa Fuze is .avi but player message is unsupported media. Do you have someone at - it an answer or a workaround? I would be grateful someone help.
