  Please confirm by the PDF Creator is the PDF reader or not extended.

  Otherwise, if you have Acrobat installed on your system, you can reader extend PDF form yourself.

• Can I recover my Windows Live ID, when I run out of options?

  (1) I tried to connect to Hotmail and has encountered an error in which he told me that my account has been blocked.  He then asked me to provide a mobile phone number to receive a text so that my account can be unblocked.  I entered my number and waited for several hours.  Nothing came.  I've done this THREE times.

  3) decided to try the form again.  Form crossed and waiting for a response.

  I normally don't care if my hotmail address has been blocked or deleted, or whatever.
