• DPS subscription to creative cloud migration

  I come on this forum for a DPS account problem because no other form of Adobe support doesn't seem to be able to solve my problem.

  I've been using DPS since the days of the beta and then subscribed to the DPS professional although I create only Single-folio apps (no choice of product at the time).

  When this annual subscription was about to run out, I considered the migration to the creative Cloud, who had released at that time and seemed perfect for my needs: CS6 and Single-folio as much as I needed to produce.

  Now, with my creative cloud subscription works very well, I create my folios to the point where I transfer directly on the iPad. no problem so far. But it's when I need to open the generator of the App and get an app to generated single-folio I'm stuck. When I get my creative cloud identification information (with an Adobe ID, which is be the same, I used for my old subscription DPS), I get a message that my DPS account has been disabled. It seems that my Adobe ID is always linked to the DPS subscription which has failed and is not identified as an account of creative cloud...

  I tried Instant Messaging support to end up reading, he had nothing of the support person I was chatting with could do. I therefore tried phone support, does not either. I tried to enter my creative cloud settings to see if I could create a different Adobe ID, but found nothing. To this day, I'm still not able to open the DPS App Builder and build an app.

  Maybe there's something that I am missing. FYI, all my software is up to date.

  If anyone has a clue as to where I could try side to get this problem resolved, it would be more than welcome, I was unable to produce any single-folio application for more than a month now.

  The problem is Adobe ID that is associated with your subscription DPS Professional is closed and you have purchased CCM with the same Adobe ID.

  Cancel the existing subscription of CCM and buy the membership with costs Adobe id.

  Contact Adobe customer service and they will set.

• Adobe dps and confusion cloud creative subscription

  I'm subscribed to Adobe DPS (Pro) and I am struggling to understand what exactly the right level of subscription for me. I don't mean to publish applications, most of what I do is sharing with my clients using the content viewer Adobe presentations.

  I've now started to learn edge animate and to incorporate this into my DPS items, I need to upgrade to Indesign CS6. Now, I think a subscription to creative cloud.

  If I take the creative cloud (upgrade) 26/m subscription £ will I still need to continue my DPS Adobe subscription or it is understood? It seems a bit strange to me that I pay more than £26/m for the only DPS subscription. As creative Cloud will allow me to upgrade other software I use now.

  I was invited by the company, I'm working to get this cleared up and at the moment, I'm a bit confused by this.

  I visited the Adobe.com website, but it does give me the level of advice I need.

  DPS has been recently integrated with CCM in which you can publish as much built in single edition App you want. But in order to integrated multi app problem and much more a publishing solution, you need the Pro or the company. Through this comparison buying guidefor clarity. Please note that DPS integration with CCM is not a complete publishing solution. DPS with CCM is an added benefit to users in a way CCM.

  Infact if you demo alone with the Adobe Content Viewer, you don't need DPS at all. You just need Indesign CS5/CS5.5/CS6

  But if you publish live apps on the appstore, you need DPS to be able to do. And depending on the type of content is published online, you must be DPS/CCM/Pro/Enterprise edition only.

  If you publish only one issue/app, simple editing or CCM will suffice

  If you want to publish mutiple built in unique isssue app you need of CCM

  If you publish multiple multi-isssue applications, you need the Pro or the company

  Here's how DPS subscriptions are designed to work. Users sign up for a subscription period, such as 1 year. When they subscribe, they are entitled to all folios where the setting of the Date of Publication is located between the Subscriber start date and the end date, the more they get access to the most recently published Folio. Adobe added the folio more recently published for the subscription period so that users would be entitled to a new problem when they subscribe. In your scenario, your customer who subscribes on the 2nd of the month would be entitled to the magazine published on the first day of the month, because it is the most recently published folio.

  Hello. Anyone know if its possible to create a button on the page that shows the blue options iOS subscription for users to subscribe directly (ie: as in the library!)...

  I did not do it anywhere else, but it should be possible?

  Unique Edition is currently only supported for devices in the iPad, regardless of what level of DPS subscription you purchase. You must have a subscription Cloud creative for all applications, not just InDesign, to have the only edition included.

  I can download the app from the DPS App Builder from the producer of folio, but don't see an option for the manufacturer of the Viewer.

  I am still in the development stage and haven't started my company DPS subscription yet, but wanted to take a look at the program while I'm ready.

  For the iPad to the very 1st screen there is "App Type:" field with options: Multi, single, Multi with subscription iTunes and Adobe Content Viewer. Please note that you need professional DPS for Muiti-folio App publication.

  I was wondering if you are able to create a hyperlink on a sheet that says: 'Subscribe' and once clicked, it will encourage the in-app purchase 'subscribe to this publication' action to trigger.

  Anyone know any information on this subject? Need to find a solution to send our users somewhere when they hit this button.

  My question is related to the folio produce from an entrepreneur from studio to a Publisher.

  This editor has a DPS subscription and thus access to APP Builder.

  Hi all

  My v25 update comes to pass through and the main feature of my client wanted was the ability for new users to get the latest issue for free. This feature doesn't seem to work. I the auto download button when generating App checked but when I installed it on an iPad that has never had the app before, he started an automatic download, nor was the issue available for free.

  I downloaded the application, and the first Folio free function did work for me, either. (I was disappointed that the app is named after Woodrow Wilson and not volleyball Wilson).

  It works in an application I created, called the landscape of the Northwest. I wrote a post about this feature, and Colin has created a video.

  I guess that you have selected the option in the tool Admin account and not just in the DPS App Builder.

  Yes, a MAC user and Pro user can update their built in editing simple app any time they need for as long as they have a DPS subscription
