  I am writing on the side of the advertising agency. One of our customers use Adobe DPS, and our agency will soon be promoting app of the customer for monthly subscriptions by car.

  First question:

So I did that, which now gives me the free version of creative cloud. Now CC says subscription expired and I noticed that some of my apps (that I own) start over. Instead, I get a creative cloud error message telling to renew your subscription. Can someone please help me to solve this problem and get my apps? I have my serial number for CS6.
