DPS subscription to creative cloud migration

I come on this forum for a DPS account problem because no other form of Adobe support doesn't seem to be able to solve my problem.

I've been using DPS since the days of the beta and then subscribed to the DPS professional although I create only Single-folio apps (no choice of product at the time).

When this annual subscription was about to run out, I considered the migration to the creative Cloud, who had released at that time and seemed perfect for my needs: CS6 and Single-folio as much as I needed to produce.

Now, with my creative cloud subscription works very well, I create my folios to the point where I transfer directly on the iPad. no problem so far. But it's when I need to open the generator of the App and get an app to generated single-folio I'm stuck. When I get my creative cloud identification information (with an Adobe ID, which is be the same, I used for my old subscription DPS), I get a message that my DPS account has been disabled. It seems that my Adobe ID is always linked to the DPS subscription which has failed and is not identified as an account of creative cloud...

Here is the message in its entirety (translated from the french): "this account has been disabled. Your DPS membership is not updated, try a different ID or contact your Adobe representative to update your account '

I tried Instant Messaging support to end up reading, he had nothing of the support person I was chatting with could do. I therefore tried phone support, does not either. I tried to enter my creative cloud settings to see if I could create a different Adobe ID, but found nothing. To this day, I'm still not able to open the DPS App Builder and build an app.

Maybe there's something that I am missing. FYI, all my software is up to date.

If anyone has a clue as to where I could try side to get this problem resolved, it would be more than welcome, I was unable to produce any single-folio application for more than a month now.

The problem is Adobe ID that is associated with your subscription DPS Professional is closed and you have purchased CCM with the same Adobe ID.

Cancel the existing subscription of CCM and buy the membership with costs Adobe id.

Contact Adobe customer service and they will set.
