  After update for Premiere Pro 2015.3 of CC, I can't change the value of the property in the effect controls panel by dragging left or right when you move the pointer over the underlined value.   I found the problem, it's my wacomtablet. When I use the magic mouse, it works great! So, I guess I should update the wacomdriver, perhaps. If your response gave me the idea to check for this. Thank you!

  Yes.  First of all, make sure that you have a selected clip and that the playhead is on the clip selected when you add a marker.  The ECP will only show markers outside the bounds of the selected element.  Second, make sure that you can see time of sovereign of the ECP.  It is easy to hide the view of the chronology of the ECP.
