  Did you follow your form as well?  A form must be completed and signed by both parties and submitted to the Adobe support via a support ticket. Chat support can't help, but should you indicated in section with the instructions.

• Dreamweaver CS3 stops with a blank registration form

  Today, I started working with Dreamweaver CS3 Mac, it opened very well until a registration screen appears, above all.

  The screen is blank, but I remembered that sometimes Dreamweaver asks me to register. I always say: later!

  But now, I can't work! The screen is blank and the rest on top of all that is gray highlighted.

  Things I've done:

  -delete the cache file

  -remove the card configuration

  -installed Dreamweaver on the CD DVD

  Also, I changed my password of my Adobe ID (because of the security there has been breach)

  Struck by the same thing, I found a work around.

  1 disconnect your internet connection.

  2. start CS3

  3. you get an error screen, click on 'Save ever.'

  I'm currently building a website using Actinic v9 CMS and Dreamweaver CS3 for a project. I posted the same topic on Actinic forums.

  Actinic has a built-in connection system and it uses a Microsoft Access database (I think that the version 2000). What I'm trying to do in Dreamweaver CS3, is to create a secure registration function. Basically how it works is as follows:

  A php script runs and passes on the information on the form to be temporarily stored in a MySQL database. A javascript written a password generated randomly to be read by php - php send an email with the attached code and user name - also temporarily stored in MySQL.

  When the user enters a hyperlink in the email, they will fill in their user name and the password - password is then recovered by an another php for the MySQL database by finding the correct username. A Javascript will see if both match and answer 'true' or 'false' for the php script. If this is true, php will retrieve all user data from the MySQL server and put it in Microsoft Access database of Actinic. If it's false, php will write the code is incorrect and ask the user to retype the fields. After five attempts, php will wipe away the registration of the user of the MySQL database and will have to re-register.

  What I need to know, it's can handle MS Access databases and how Dreamweaver CS3 can help me with this? I have already learned how to manage MySQL in php, it's that I never used Access to the web databases before. Until I started with Actinic, I don't think you could.

  in dreamweaver, click WINDOWS in the top menu and select the DATABASES

  After a click on the + symbol and select custom connection string.

  You must export the data from "ms access" as .mdb, then import it from dreamweaver.

  I m using a simple contact form widget in my site, it s using a valid email address (I created this e-mail address in my e-mail server) and I used the check_form script and results were ok

  • E-mail configuration: no known problems with php the email configuration.
  • Control anti-spam: Emails will be limited to 25 in two hours to the same IP.

  When the form is filled out, I get the message sent presentation but nothing happens, the email is never the mailbox.

  As discussed on the phone please contact your webhost and check if there is any permission issues between the email or hosting service.

  Absolutely not. You're misinterpreting things. Activation does not happen when you simply run the installer, although later. This means that what he says - there is another 'install' pending / assets on your system, which means somewhere, there is a process (invisible) always blocking things. If you are using Windows, you can check your task manager and to terminate any process setup.exe and msiexec.exe more potentially will need to manually fix / remove some registry keys. • Dreamweaver cs3 - CSS not made when opening pages - please help!

  I use Dreamweaver CS3 and have built a certain (low) sites previously so not a perfect beginner, but am totally thrown by my CSS does render does not correctly in a new site I am building.

  I've implemented a new model, all work very well, full CSS included, noticed in the browser ok.

  Then created 2 new pages from this model "Aug.html" and "Oct.html" and recorded the two - both pages contain a link to the other and both preview in the browser on their own.

  However when I click on the link on the page is, not moving no matter what page I start with, the result is the same, the new page that opens seems to forget half of the CSS, div completely and links are back to blue and underlined, everything is changed as if there is no CSS at all.

  Why does the CSS work here? I've never had this problem before, the CSS is simple, I have about 6 div contains everything, including a #wrapper. the body tags and one: links preview all fine until I click and the new page that opens loses its CSS. There is no accessibility / compatibility or upcoming issues.

  Please help - have tried a lot of different things, now I'm completely lost! I know it must be simple, but I really can't find a reason why, really need help with this.

  You need to refer to what happens when you PREVIEW a page in DW, is - that correct?  In other words, get you an overview of the page, click on the link to page B and page B will appear without the CSS - correct?  Here's why-

  Your link to the style sheet is a link to the ROOT (see the first "/"?).  When loading the B page after clicking on the link in the first page, it tells the browser to find the style sheet to "C:/2012LG_CSS.css" because the browser has NO idea where the root of the site DW is and assumes that the root in the link refers to the root of the hard drive.  Normally, you would not use relative links root, unless there is a good reason to do so-in your case, I am sure that you do not have.  Edit this link to a document a relative, i.e.

  and things work much better.

  In General, it is not a good idea to click outside any page viewed when using DW.

  Is there a later version? Older Version? Also, I bought the 'Dreamweaver 8 for Dummies' book (I know I know connector) to make it easier to know how to create a site/set etc, but some things like a local file list box automatically refresh, does not exist when I go to the definition of a site.

  CS3 is well outside the 'window of support' where recording would have mattered.

It seems that one should be able to import GOLD, even reglisser the entire site (all files) to the existence in the right panel. My 900 + pages manual says nothing about this work. My server host (HostGator) has me download FileZilla for help, yet, so I'm not a computer person will have a difficult time to get more. Anyone have any experience with that can offer assistance?   Go to Site > new Site > DW to tell it where your Site on your hard drive folder.

  Example: C:\YourSiteName.  See screenshot.

  So I was probably the last exclusion still using Dreamweaver CS3. After updating today CC made by hand with Adobe technicians by phone, they appear to have crashed the program with Dreamweaver CC. Required me.

  As has been done by technicians from Adobe, you obviously have a paid support plan. It would be best if you contacted them to fix this.

  The only solution I have is to uninstall and reinstall.

  After 3 tutorials, I took the direction of Wirral Bird Club site, and I was download photos and the meeting reports of field reasonably successfully for the last months.

  Due to a problem (not Dreamweaver), I had to remove my hard drive. But first decided to try Windows 10 recovery option in "settings". It reinstalls Windows 10, removes all the purchased programs, but keeps all the data. Seemed better than formatting the hard drive and leave or return to Windows 7.

• Reactivation of Dreamweaver cs3 on new computer - too many activations

  I am trying to install dreamweaver cs3 on a new computer. It was not an option on the old computer to turn off because it was a volume license. I contacted support and they told me to uninstall the program from my old computer, and then I would be able to activate it on my new computer. Well, that didn't work. Then support told me that they can't help me and I need to use the forums. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  The support person pushed you on this forum-car

  (1) CS3 is no longer supported.

  (2) you have Windows OS 10

  (3) CS3 is not certified to work on 10 to win.

  So even if they have to solve the problems of activation for you, there is no guarantee that CS3 will work on your operating system.

  I'm sorry, but I can't help you either.  I think you're at a fork in the road where you will need to update your software to match your operating system.

  In the meantime, you can download media - an infinitely better than CS3 code editor. And it works on Win10.
