  The help documentation is not displayed. When I go to it - for example "help help Dreamweaver >"-opens the Help window, but it is totally blank. And when I search I just get the spinning wheel.
  
  Does anyone know why this might be happening?

  Thanks for your help. Sorry Murray - the reduction in the number obtained. That was the problem David - I created the alias and then tried before you delete the cache and it works fine now so decided not to delete the cache.

• Why the download of dreamweaver does not work?

  I went to the adobe site and click to download the demo version of the dreamweaver, then I have a window pop up asking to confirm or to start the application to start I click ok and it creative and inside the creative cloud cloud I see a small as a minimized window of creative lcoud with the symbol of him in and here I cant click anything all I can do now is finish the task in the Task Manager.

  What is going on?

  What is BONES, specifications and the speed of internet connection of your computer?

  In general, creative Cloud Desktop app installs everything first.  And who is completely finished, you can download your favorite of this App software titles.  It may take a while the first time that you download & install.  Updates are usually very little time.

  You may simply need to activate by phone:

• Media Analyzer does not work in EPS 14-13

  My media Analyzer does not work in PSE 14 or 13.  It works in PES 10.  It is found in the menu Organizer - Edit > Preferences > media Analyzer. (Can also be called 'Automatic Analyzer').  In 10 of PSE, it analyzes the images for: development; Fuzzy; low contrast; long shot; etc.  Many other tests, so that you know which are good or bad, etc.  Also locates people if you choose this option, which I did not.  In Preferences > media Analyzer, you choose the options that you want, but it is not analyze all the images in the 13 & 14.  PES 10 there is a list of boxes of the analysis below the keywords and you can click on 'in focus' and all these images in short are shown.  Same for any other analysis, but not in PSE 14 or 13.  This is a great feature, if you can make it work. Someone knows how to operate?  PES 10 is great.  Also would be great in PSE 14 to identify shaky images for his new feature - Shake Reduction.  Thanks for the suggestions, answers, Trish

  Dreamweaver cs5 Edition copy and paste does not work,

  So Windows 7 SP1. I tried to rename the follder config and start again and it does not work.

  Problem is when I select a file from windows Explorer, then go to Dreamweaver, choose the destination folder and editing/paste is disable, reverse operation is the same, selecting file in dreamweaver, editing/copy, go to the folder of windows Explorer and paste doesn´t work too. Anyone have the solution? (Sorry my English)

  My copy of DW also works as you describe, I think it's just "the way that it is" in DW.

  To copy a file from another location on your computer to your site, copy it from the original location and paste it into the site folder within windows Explorer (do not use DW at all).

  You can also drag a file from your desktop to your files window in DW to make a copy.

  Select Preferences - network - system - advanced - DNS network - click + symbol - Type 8.8.8.8 - Ok - apply.

  Emmet does not work on dreamweaver cc 2015 I rules in box emmet preferences and apply the preference, but it does not work in the code.

  Emmet is installed in its native form in dreamweaver, can us installed Manager cc adobe because emmet.zxp refuses to install emmet.zxp.

  Is a problem on 2015 cc dreamweaver? Is there something to pay in dreamweaver Emmet.

  Looks like it's down to everyone. I'm reasonably sure that the function speaks to the internet to create QR code. I suspect the server as negotiations of the function that is broken.

  More than likely it will all come back at a random time in the near future.

  To avoid this mess all together, I suggest you set up a test server local for your sites instead. It will work in much the same way that the preview of the device, allowing you to test your site on any device connected to your local area network, without the possibility of a server somewhere on the internet crash taking the feature down...
