Driver for USB controllers

I recently had to replace the hard drive in my Pavilion dv6. Everything went perfectly. However, during the two weeks, my USB ports have stopped working one by one.

In Device Manager, there are 4 devices listed under 'Other devices': 2 inputs for USB PCI Device and SM Bus controller. I did my best to find the drivers that seem to be missing, but I have been unable to do.

Hardware for the PCI device ID:

PCI\VEN_10EC & DEV_5209 & SUBSYS_1805103C & REV_01
PCI\VEN_10EC & DEV_5209 & SUBSYS_1805103C
PCI\VEN_10EC & DEV_5209 & CC_FF0000
PCI\VEN_10EC & DEV_5209 & CC_FF00

For SM Bus controller hardware ID:

PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_780B & SUBSYS_358B103C & REV_13
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_780B & SUBSYS_358B103C
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_780B & CC_0C0500
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_780B & CC_0C05

For USB controller hardware ID:

PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & SUBSYS_358B103C & REV_03
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & SUBSYS_358B103C
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & CC_0C0330
PCI\VEN_1022 & DEV_7812 & CC_0C03

Of course, I tried to restart, and then uninstall these devices and reboot (several times). I also tried to install some drivers who seemed to have success with other users. Nothing has worked so far.

Any suggestion or idea would be greatly appreciated.

See you soon,.

Carson

Hello:

Download and install the amd chipset drivers and restart.  You want the first file listed in the page.

Who should install the smbus and usb controllers.

http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download/chipset?OS=Windows%207%20-%2064

The other driver, you need for the PCI device is the driver card reader Realtek driver page and support of your laptop.
