  I did a system image (drive C :) and a rescue of dvd of Windows 7) Cool, it uses a Volume Snapshot.

  Then, I installed the Vista 64 bit drivers successfully.

  The drivers are:

  I think that Christopher was referring to right click on the remove safely icon on the taskbar and choosing then to remove it safely.

  Otherwise, this may be a feature of the device driver and the device manufacturer may be able to tell how.

  last night when I went down tmy computer and is gone sleep on that I left it and it usuallty just goes to sleep. Today, I am home from work to try to remove the mode "Eve".   VEN_1180 is Ricoh and Ricoh in this system is the card reader. The driver that I mentioned:

  Bluetooth that I believe was optional, so you won't have a bluetooth card. If you are sure that you have one, try typing Fn and F2 a few times to see if you can enable/disable Bluetooth radio and outside, you can leave the Device Manager maximized when doing this to see if there is no change. It needs display in Device Manager before installing the drivers.

  If this fails, you may need to go to the BIOS Setup and disable it, then load Windows and turn off then repeat the process, but allowing it. To enter the BIOS F2 Setup press immediately when you feed the machine.
