"Driver Webcam Fail open. Please restart camera or computer. »
I installed 7 Ultimate and this driver has stopped working, I contacted Support technique Gateway and was informed that since I did not upgrade directly from gateway which I had to ask the third party provider to help... Any advise on this?
Thank you!!
The third-party provider made the webcam. You must try to locate their Web site for Win 7 drivers.

I have a M-6752 catwalk model who had a webcam chicony 2.0 integrated. Recently I started to receive an error message stating, "driver Webcam open fail. Please restart camera or computer. "I tried to uninstall, change and repair the pilot, as well as uninstall the program and replace offline without success. Are there any suggestions as to why this device has stopped working and how do I fix the problem? When I bought my laptop it had windows vista Home premium installed on it. At this point I don't know what to do other that perhaps do a restart of the system and see if it helps maybe or perform a factory reboot and operate as I had when I first bought it. Any suggestions on this subject?
Hello
As you said, he has worked in the past, I think a system restore can be of help to you.
Please see this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/System-Restore-frequently-asked-questionsHowever, if it's really the real physical hardware that went wrong, then you need to talk with the gateway. If it were an external camera, I would say that to visit the manufacturer's website, but as it was built into the computer, I'd say your best bet is with bridge.

In the Device Manager say USB controllers ' Windows cannot start this hardware because its information for configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (Code 19).» We have already deleted the drivers and rebooted (did not work) and tried a restore from the registry, but there was nothing old enough to return to. why I opened my computer it appears a message that "failed to start the audio driver of Dolby. Please restart your computer or reinstall the driver if the problem persists ". and I could not open Windows media player. What should I do now? who can help me please?
Hello
Go Device Manager... Sound, video and game controllers, and see if you have triangles yellow error next to your audio devices...
My guess would be that you need to update the drivers for your audio devices.
You should be able to find the drivers + Support Web site for your computer model...
If not, find the number\model Audio chip and watch there chip manufacturers website for updates...
I don't know if the audio problem is a single chip, or is part of your graphics device...
If you don't find anything wrong in the audio, you can check that.

CD rom drive won't open, please help
Hello
I read the other posts, tried the paperclip had thing open, but when I re-powered, the reader is closed, and now he's stuck again. It will not eject through 'my computer '. Trying to eject the results in the player made a noise like it wants to open, but is not, then a green light flashes 3 times. I checked the Device Manager, who says "this device is functioning." It's a Sony CD-RW/DVD CRX330E. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
Hello
Try again the trombone - remove the disk in the drive (if it exists) and see if the drive will be
open correctly.Sometimes they get stuck. There is a small hole on the front of the CD drive that you can stick a
a paper clip that will release him and the reader to open.Create a trombone in car Opener

If you have problems with the drive after getting to open:
Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

Driver webcam has been removed from the Dell computer and now am unable to fix it.
Original title: Webcam Dell problem
Hello
I have laptop Dell Inspiron N411Z. Dell did not provide users with any webcam device drivers and windows update does not install the drivers by itself. In addition, it happened that windows update installed the driver webcam last time and webcam works for two days after that I don't know how but the driver has been removed, or I don't know exactly what happened.
If call us Dell they ask us to install Dell central webcam which has nothing to do with driver (I don't know what kind of support they have). If there is no driver Dell webcam central does nothing.
I don't know exactly how it goes, but if windows update installs the driver which means driver exists. If anyone would be able to send me or give me a link to the Dell webcam driver?
I hope that Microsoft would be able to help me with this. I tried what you might think. I installed windows several times. There is no imaging device in Device Manager in case someone wants me re-install the drivers that I said before windows ever installed the drivers. I just need an .exe file that runs my webcam.
Dell Inspiron N411Z
Webcam part number: T3NPC
Thanks in advance
Hi Jeet,
This problem is usually caused due to hardware or driver related issues. As you mentioned, I was not able to find all the drivers for the webcam. But I've seen threads in which he asks customers to install the Webcam Central software. I suggest the following methods and check if it works for you.
Method 1:
Try the procedure described in the following Microsoft Help article and check if that helps. This article consists of the steps to use a webcam.
See the following Microsoft Help article to learn more about the use of a webcam.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-webcam
Method 2:
As tech Dell mention of the support team, try to reinstall the Webcam central software and check if the problem persists.
Step 1: To uninstall the Dell webcam central software, perform the following steps:
a. Click Start.
b. click Control Panel.
c. using the drop down next to the opinion of: in the upper right, select large icons.
d. click on programs and features.
e. click Dell Webcam Central.
f. click on uninstall.
g. confirm uninstallation by clicking OK.
h. Once uninstalled, restart the computer.
Step 2: Check out the link next to the Dell forum to reinstall the webcam drivers.
ftp.us.dell.com/.../Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe
Method 3:
Try to update the drivers BIOS of the computer manufacturer's website and check if the webcam works.
See the following article from Microsoft Help to update a driver.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Update-driver-hardware-ISN
Please reply with the status of the issue so that we can better help you.

"Please restart camera" question...
Get this prompt message while I turn my camera back. Funny thing is the rear camera worked perfectly last week, all of a sudden, it was this like yesterday when I was going to use an application to scan QR to check a QR barcode, when all of a sudden I get this message.
Tried to restart the phone and all the other stuff/guides I've seen on google, but unfortunately, I could not remedy? I'm doing something wrong or is this a hardware problem already? Also, I'm from the Philippines, and I do not know if Motorola has yet to a service center that can help me fix my phone...
If you factory reset and did not add any apps, and the problem persists, then likely material.

Driver webcam open fail on Satellite A305-S6872
My problem is the following
I have a laptop A305-S6872 Satellite with a built-in webcam, I had to restore it with the cd provided with the laptop and I reinstalled the assistant webcam software and thought it was but it keeps saying "driver open webcam fail. Please restart camera or computer.
Does anyone know how to fix this
Hi mate
This message might appear because of some problems of compatibility between the software of the webcam and the 3rd party software such as Skype, Live messenger, etc.
In your case I recommend you remove the software for the webcam of the Setup again.
Then clean the OS using CCLeaner.
After that, you could reinstall the webcam software and must clear the webcam software in msconfig--> startup. This prevents the software from loading automatically.
