  I guess you need a Wlan card and LAN driver card.
  I a little surprised at your comment, because the WLan and LAN drivers are available on the page of the Toshiba m driver.

  There are 2 Intel Lan and 4 Wlan drivers for different wireless cards. You must choose the right! ;)
  Check the bottom of the unit. There must be a label with a few s Lan and Wlan card information.
  Select the correct drivers and install it.

  First of all, please read KB555375 - how to ask a question at.

  Secondly, it would be useful to know the manufacturer and model of your CD drive and if it has never worked.  It would also be useful to learn more about the computer you are using.  It's a laptop or a desktop computer?  What is manufacture and model?  What version of Windows are you running and what is the latest service pack installed?

  Third, with Windows XP SP3, most CD players should work without additional software.  However, there may be software problems that interfere with its use.

  Fourth, if yours is an old CD player, there may be updates of firmware that will allow him to play several types of optical media.

  Finally, try to run the associated Microsoft FixIt KB 982116 - Your CD or DVD drive is missing or not recognized by Windows or other programs.

  You can check the different graphics drivers form the papers that were delivered with the same graphic card as your Satellite M70 Pro.

  Further, you can view different websites which also offers some graphics drivers, for example the site omegadrivers.net.

  Please note:
  According to several threads here in the forum of the graphics driver installation non-Toshiba is at your own risk!

  I did some further research and found that, if the worm Software Digital Voice Editor 3.3 is compatible with Windows 7 OS, the recorder itself is not compatible with Windows 7 OS.

  However, you can try to transfer the files from the recorder to a computer with Windows 7 OS installed in it, using the stereo mini plug cable.
  Plug one end of the cable to the headphone jack of the recorder mini stereo jack.
  Plug the other end of the cable to the Microphone Jack on the computer.

  Of origin ATI/nVidia drivers are not designed for Toshiba laptops.
  ATI drivers can be used on desktop computers.
  The drivers of Toshiba graphics card supports thermal protection which is necessary to avoid the increase in temperature.
  Laptops, graphics cards do not have huge as cooling office modules graphics cards and therefore the GPU driver control the performance of the graphics card.

  What you could do is to check the site driver for 3rd party such as;
  www.OmegaDrivers.net.

  But the non-Toshiba drivers may be used only at your own risk!

  Did you download the right drivers for the right series of notebook?
  Satellite P100 - 10 p belongs to the PSPAGE series.

  I think you should double-check the Toshiba forum page and be sure that you have downloaded and installed all the drivers available at 100%!

  I think you should check if you have also installed the Texas Instruments Flash Media driver.

  Last but not least the installation instruction has been placed on the page.
  If please follow the guidelines and install the drivers in the right installation order!
