To access safe mode, keep tapping F8 key before the Windows logo appears.

  2 have had any changes made to the computer before the question?

  With respect, I would say uninstall you Adobe flash player software by following the steps in uninstalling from the link and manually reinstall again on the manufacturer's site and see if it can resolve the problem.
