  What is the site that you are trying to access too?  It is very possible that you are using a site that is not compatible with mobile browsers.  Well that more and more pages are more accessible, there are still some people who do not have some features on their mobile version.  I found that most of the sites that I use works perfectly well.  I guess that would be a problem of site but if you could post back to the site and we walk through the steps you took and what is happening, I am sure that an answer can be found.

  a. press theWindows key + W on the keyboard.

  b. typeTroubleshooting in the Search box and press enter.

  c. selectTroubleshooting. Click on show all and select Internet Explorer Performance.

  d. clickNext and follow the on-screen instructions.

  Method 2: Open Internet Explorer in any mode of modules and check whether the problem is resolved.

  The download should go in the home folder of your Web space. And there should be a file named index.htm or .html. If you have created a subfolder in your personal directory and uploaded your files, when you type the web address in a browser, you will need to type www.mywebsite.com/subfolder.

  When click on my site to Business Catalyst, I get a message "Safari cannot verify the identity of the Web site."

  It is fine for me but not for customers. They should not get this message the first time that they log on my site.

  Are you by chance browsing to https://site.com ? That won't work because at this stage Business Catalyst does not support custom SSL fields, but you can access the site via https if you navigate to the subdomain secured (on https://yoursite.worldsecuresystems.com)

  I also get and only accurate above the error message when you try to submit a support ticket, the only place where that I could ask is so here.

  As I mentioned in my previous post, I could not fix my credit card details when the card was no longer valid because I was on vacation and somehow fails to access this menu on mobile. A week later, I received another email, telling me that all the admin services have been disabled until I pay the Bill. At this point I started to receive the above error message. Now, a few weeks later, the site itself has been turned off - I can not even pay the Bill.

  As I'm not very used to do the entire installation from a Web site, I certainly don't want to spend that time again, but just want to pay the overdue Bill.

Therefore, you have to connect the console to the admin of this site the user partner and you will be then prompted with a form of payment to pay the outstanding Bill.   Firefox won't let me go to a website because "the connection is not safe."   All I get is the error message. Tried removing Firefox firewall and adding back on. Don't agree.

  3. Adopt a Protection Active.
