• Web form send the user not

  Is it possible to have a web form send the workflow directly to an email that is not implemented as a user or an admin? i.e. ' [email protected] '

  Site settings > manage the workflow > (choose a proper Workflow) > not add to a Workflow > checkbox "also send Notification Workflow (separated by semicolons):" > e-mail address entered.

• Web form in the site cannot be read by others

  I have my site that I can see and fill out a form . But I have at least 3 of 10 visitors who cannot. Could this be a problem in acrobat reader? Thank you

  These days there are many ways that we can consider a PDF Online:

  • using the Adobe Reader plugin
  • using a different PDF reader plugin
  • using a clean browser PDF Viewer
  • using operating system overview
  • using mobile devices
  • ...

  Only the Adobe Reader plugin can see all the features of a PDF form.  It's very confusing for most users, and there is no "best way" to handle this situation.

  If users are unable to use your form, you could recommend that they download the PDF on the local drive, then open it since there with Adobe Reader.

  For mobile devices, you must test what features are supported on these.  But most of the forms can be used on mobile devices, if you have the latest Adobe Reader installed.

• Planning of non-visible web forms more via the workspace

  All of a sudden, users (or admins) cannot display web forms in the left panel, to access planning through the workspace.
  What happens in IE7...
  Nothing has changed in our system recently. It's that everything works fine up until a few days back.

  I don't know there is a javascript error is produced, usually in the lower left corner if IE.
  Although saying that it provides probably not the cause of the issue.

• An alternative to the timers on Web Forms

  I learned that TIMERS should be used sparingly on the applications of web forms for performance reasons. Is this true and if so, what can be used as an alternative if similar functionality is required?

  Kevin,
  It is true that timers can cause performance problems in web forms. The reason is that timers cause network traffic to the application server (AS). During the use of timers can force your application to slow down because of this network traffic. The exception to this rule is a timer to a duration of 1 millisecond. These timers are treated as execution immediate timers and forms generate any network traffic at the ACE. However, the definition of the term to 1 millisecond could cause your form works does not correctly too. The alternative to the use of a timer of forms is to use a timer to JavaBean (JB). JavaBeans execute on the client, so no network packet is generated. As a result, they are more efficient and do not affect the performance.   To be honest with you, unless your network is very slow, or you use "Lots" of timers in form, I think that it is a theoretical question. I have used both types of timers and have not noticed significant difference in the performance of my form. The system, I am currently working on that average users (daily) simultaneous of 2 000-3 000 fr om the East coast to the West Coast. We only use Forms timers (some forms have a many timers) and we have not seen a pretty big impact on our forms to justify using timers JB.

  I would say, if you see any problems in your form with forms Timers, keep their use. If you encounter any problems, then try the JB timers and choose the one that gives your users the best performance.

  So I try to create an anonymous web form on my site. Is it possible to go beyond the web form asking the user to enter their name and email?

  You can make fields mandatory or non-mandatory in the field options.

  I have worked on a web form and had made some changes to it recently.  Now when I send the web form in the secure area and check the history of the case in the box account, nothing there?  Nothing is stored in the CRM either.

  When the URL is: /users/customer-agreement? EID = 10289721 & CID = 1442781 it does not work

  When the URL is: / users/customer agreement it works!

  If something to do with the case ID?

  There is a simple reason for this.

  1. When a customer registers on a Web site, they register with [email protected]
  2. If the customer fills out a form located in the secure area when you are connected with [email protected], they will have to use the same email address to make sure that their Userid (UID) is captured and case identification (CID) can be created.
  3. If you look at the HTML code of your form, you will notice that your form captures a UID and a CID.

• Why is my name on my customer web form submissions?

  I made a web site with Muse for the Affairs of my brother and put a web form on the about page.  Why do presentations in its form all begin with the words: "on Friday, August 29, 2014 11:29, __my name__ < my email > wrote:"after that, it gives the information in the form. "  Are my name and my email it because I made the site?  It seems irrelevant somehow.  Is it possible to change or remove my name and my e-mail?  Thank you.

  You would need to change 'Email address' in the workflow notification.

  Go to Admin > Site Manager > system Emails > Workflow Notification > Email address.

  Once you change this, all notifications will receive by email from address that you'd install.

• Web form delivery error

  , I tested a web form in the staging environment (villagekidsdentistry.businesscatalyst.com) and it worked perfectly.  Then I pushed the live site and now the shape will not deliver to one of the notification e-mail.  Send the form using a Yahoo e-mail address and I get a notirication of error of delivery in this Yahoo account "[email protected]'by saying,'an error occurred trying to deliver mail to the following recipients:"

• BusinessCatalyst think I deleted my web form

  I thought I could have found a way to circumvent the application of weak forms of Muse, by creating a web form on Business Catalyst > Manager of Site > Web Forms.

  I have created a web form, define the response by e-mail, copy the html code, inserted the HTML on a page of Muse, published the site, filled out the form and got this:

  

  So I went back to the same page on Business Catalyst, deleted the web form, I've done just minutes before, created it again from scratch, inserted the HTML code in my page of Muse, he published, filled out the form and got the SAME ERROR message again.

  I did not remove the form, but Business Catalyst think I did.  :-(

  How can I get around this ' mistake of an ERROR?

  I noticed that there are THREE forms in British Colombia bearing similar names (I only did ONE). To make sure that I work in the correct form, I COPIED it - it now bears the same name as before, the word "copy". But when I opened the copied form, all the fields are in the wrong order. I tried several times, and this strangeness is consistent. Right now I'm really confused about getting a decent (custom) form in Muse.

  If you publish a Muse to Business Catalyst site, during this process, all existing webforms in Business Catalyst - that do NOT HAVE associated case/data - will be deleted.

  The simple workaround is so whenever you create a form in British Colombia, you want to put in Muse, just put the form on a page in British Colombia and submit a case to the interface via this page. After this, adds the form BC Muse Web page and then republish to Business Catalyst. Form you is not removed.

  do I need to join the BR01 composite webform also... (the BR does not appear in "Aspect" of the Web form composite... Despite the BR01 is associated with webform01)

  If the BR is associated with one of the web forms in the composite, you shouldn't link it again in the composite, it should still run.

• Web form call Client-Server form

  Hello. I always have an existing form of Client-Server (6i) in production which should call a Web form and pass it a parameter. Obviously I can't use new form or call the client-server version, but can - I somehow make a command-line (including a parameter) that opens the Web form? Any suggestions to fix this problem?

  I guess that you plan to use the HOST to make that call. I would recommend something like this:

• Forms of the POST on some sites Web returns a blank page

  Some sites with POST forms return a blank page when I submit the form. The data apparently gets submitted, so according to the Web site I can refresh the page and it works fine. But some sites that completely breaks the functionality.

  More recently it has happened to me click the "Ship to this address" button on Etsy (which is a situation of breaking site and refreshing took me back to the same page). Then I came here to register for an account and, well, funny story, it actually happened when I clicked on the button register after completing a username, password and email address (but refreshing worked).

  Maybe in relationship: around the same time, he began to arrive, I noticed that 307 redirects would give me a blank page saying "Document has moved [link]here/link", and I have to click "here" to pass, as opposed to the redirect automatically.

  I have tried disabling add-ons, and it did not help.

  A 307 redirect is usually a warning special, as discussed in this thread: popup very frequent: this web page is redirected to a new location. You want to return the form data you typed to the new location?

  Is it possible that the Ghostery redirection feature affects these positions? It is a common pattern to redirect after post to better manage the user experience.

• When click the "back" button after filling out web form, I can't, a message says that Firefox must send information that will be rpeat any action... Why can I go back?

  My current Firefox is version 9.0.1 update

  Older Firefox had this coming message in case you have used the back to go to a page that is requested from the server with the POST data specific to a form previously sent.

  You receive an alert to send POST data if you return to a page or refresh a page that was requested in advance from the server by submitting form via a (hidden) MESSAGE form data.
  
  Firefox can only make sure to get the same page send this POST form.
  
  Firefox doesn't know what it means shape data, so Firefox asks for confirmation before sending the form data so action can you take to repeat an action and buy another article or post a message once.
  
  A way to prevent that pop up is not to use the back button, but to open the links on a page that have been requested from a server by sending a MESSAGE form in a new tab (window) with a middle click or a Ctrl + left click.
  
  Then you can close the tab or window to go back.

• Hide column of the HFM 11.1.2.3 web form

  Hello

  I'm quite new to HFM and I have what could be a very stupid problem.

  Our requirement is to show on an online form < Parent Curr Total > by entity, a column of eliminations and assets < entity Curr Total >

  Entity 1	Entity 2	Entity n.	Eliminations	Holding

  As the eliminations are at the basic level and boils down not to the parent company, tried to add each column of elimination of entities to the web form and calculate a column as being the sum of all of the eliminations.

  So much and so much good, but when it comes to hidding columns in entity removal, I simply have not found how. I tried to change the width of the columns of 1px, 1 pt, 0% etc and the column remains with the same width, but IV ' e did the same on the 11.1.1.3 version and it works, kind of weird. I also tried to hide the added display: no and he's hiding the values, the column always shows.

  Summer research everywhere and have not been able to find advice on how to hide the columns, so I would be very happy if somenone could help me.

  Hello. Build the questionnaire to show the children of the parent entity to in the first column, the parent entity to in the third column and the second column as col3 calc less col1.
