  I've seen some previous post Hyperion Planning that may have errors of memory for large web forms. Any recommendation of the size limit of web form?
  
  If we use 64-bit Windows, Hyperion Planning supports larger sized web form although it seems that Hyperion Planning application itself is still 32-bit software.

  It is definitely a cache where many objects in the planning are cached in their current state and which is held in the JVM, this has probably been implemented to speed up the response time. I'm not sure on this 2 GB limit you keep tapes even if, as it has always been my belief that it is down to the size of the JAVA virtual machine.

• Reports of fin - error when you try to run a report via the workspace - 11.1.1.3

  I can run the report using the client. But when any user tries and it works via the workspace we get:

  Did you reinstall activities or apply patches recently? I saw this when I have patch a multi server environment where the report server had a patch level, but the en web had the old patch level. I inspect the sizes and dates of your financial report on different server jar files to make sure they match.

  You can also try the following:

  1. from the IIS Manager > Web Service Extensions try to change the following:
  Internet data connector = allowed
  WebAnalysis = authorized
  allowed = workspace
  HR = accepted
  AWB admitted =
  WebDAV authorized =
  then restart IIS

  2 edit web site properties by default in IIS to remove all entries in the ISAPI filters tab

• Empty drop down list - planning - Web Forms - Dimensions in the axis of the Page

  The drop-down menu that appears when you click on one of the dimension in the axis of the web forms page appears empty. The problem is unique to the single dimension when used with Alias Web form that a single application a plan type and a single instance. The special dimension has more than 1,500 members of level zero and has a seven-digit code and description of words 2 to 5 in the alias.

  I tried to rebuild the shape / LCM for instance different but nothing has worked. I think that this could be attributed to the problem in the JavaScript for menu drop-down. But I have no knowledge on javascripts so abstained.

  Finally with the help of the Oracle, I found the problem. The problem was some control characters in the names of aliases which are not visible in the user interface. Somehow these characters in the name of the alias has been added during the transfer files on the remote server or the load control metadata.

• Form Distribution via the web page.

  Now that I've created my form, I want to display on a web page so that the public can download a copy and fill it.  I have set up with a button 'Send' oriented toward the target e-mail address.  Tips or concerns, that I should be aware of?

  No tricks - just download it on the server and link to it. The only thing you need to know is that not all browsers show the form correctly and allow the user to fill out the form and send it by e-mail: If the browser uses the Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader plug-in to view the PDF file, there is no problem, but if you're dealign with a browser that is not no default viewer PDF from Adobe (for example Firefox) , or does not allow the Adobe plug-in to display PDF file, things will not work in the best: the user will most likely download the PDF file and open it in Acrobat or Reader so that your form can work properly. And, if someone opens the form on a mobile device, all bets are off regarding what will work.

  I would like to add to the download link instructions that tell your users need to download the file to your desktop and use Adobe Acrobat or Reader free to complete and submit the form.

• Are forms retrieved via the REST API supposed to be embeddable?

  When retrieve us forms form/assets/point endpoint {identifier} REST, we notice that when we make the HTML code in the "html" field, input text fields contain < eloqua / > tags than their values.

  Everything else works fine. Is it possible to omit tags eloqua?

  Forms returned by the API are structured for our Landing Pages that contain markup. You can scan the document and remove these items to make embed-able.

  We'll look at adding this feature in a future version of the API. Hope this helps and please let me know if you need more information.

• Web forms work when the site is not hosted on Business Catalyst?

  I launched a site Muse this week on AWS and successful web forms the test, and then stopped sending confirmation emails when the DNS was changed.  The form is not error. Emails are not just come through.  Any thoughts?

  AWS does NOT allow unless you have an email as [email protected]

  GoDaddy (that I use for me and my clients) allow Gmail, yahoo, bing, etc. users to receive emails from muse contact forms.

• BlackBerry smartphones can not use the Web form to contact the Android App Support team

  I am trying to use the 'form of commitment Web' to https://salesforce.services.blackberry.com/webforms/googleplay to file a feature request (improve the integration of group BBM with calendar BB on Priv). However, after completing the form, he decided that my private isn't actually a private (although it looks like a private, sounds like a private and claims to be a Priv) and I am quite incapable of agreeing the form data.

• I can't capture scrolling screenshots of Web pages more since the new design of the tab.

  Since the launch of the new design label in Firefox, I can't use the scrolling screenshot of page in standalone clients or modules. I can capture scrolling web pages in other browsers, but Firefox is my main browser and I don't want to switch to Chrome. Is there another medium or that I have to wait for the next version of Firefox that solves this problem.

  Window capture for 2 different stand-alone clients place the box above the tabs that seems to prevent any scrolling. All the advice that can get this working again? I tried using SnagIT and PicPick Portable. Does not work for the latest version of FireFox. Thank you.

But if I select 'Free' payment option and click the button send, I get the ERROR message: an error has occurred. Gift certificates are redeemable only through the online store.

  I solved myself, with the help of technical support, so I'm writing this for anyone who attempts to do the same configuration.

  By technical support to Business Catalyst:

  "I checked the problem you reported, to confirm you with the same.

  You can use the free = 10 mode of payment for your basket, where any good good or discount reduced the amount to zero.

  I understand the option you're looking for, however, it is not possible to achieve the same in British Colombia, using the free payment method. Try a few adaptations, unfortunately, HTML / CSS / JavaScript and the location of related implementation issues beyond our support boundaries.   So instead of using the payment option 'Free', I have used "Cash." It is not an ideal setup, but it works for now.

• Locking in HFM entities via the workspace

  We lock features of base to a grid in the workspace. I believe the maximum number of lines available to see on a grid at a given time is 1025 and so we the 15 remaining must be selected manually to lock 1040 entities. This 15 will grow as we create new features each month. Do we not have any work around to avoid the manual effort.

  When you lock a parent, all descendants are locked as well. Rather than view 1040 lines, just show the top of each hierarchy.

  Looking to see if there was a solution to a question that I ask myself.

  We are developing a planning system using several web forms. We recently put out ADF mode to see if that helps with stability problems we had. We've had some success with her, but our user base didn't like that the bottom of drop of Member in the POV selector became limited to only about 10 members. Also, rather than using a scroll bar to browse the available members, there are arrows on the bottom of the drop-down list that require the user to 'page' in the list of available members.

  I discovered that you can view the drop as a much larger list and using the scroll bar if you hold the button of the mouse on the drop down arrow POV, then operate the cursor on the bar in the drop-down list and scroll ther carefully, but we would much prefer to have the default of downs drop to this format.

  Is there a way to do this?

In the application-> Settings, then Current default Application and display settings, in the options page so a parameter called "allow to search when number of Pages exceeds" and then you can specify the selection of the page returns with a shortlist and a search feature or the ability to complete scroll.   Here's my situation: I plan to spend my web forms 6i application using Forms 10 g. My application running fine (for now) and we have

  I wonder if a server can handle such an application? Is a better solution to JDeveloper (which has a huge cost is a huge demand) or to use a very powerful server fact? Any idea?
