• Programmatic entity with LOV object problem

  Hi all

  I created a programmatic entity object (name: 'Document', attributes: 'ID', 'DocumentLanguageID') with a solution of Jobinesh = > binary: construction by program managed business - part 2 components

  There is also a normal entity object that depends on the database (name: "DocumentLanguage", attributes: 'ID', 'DocumentLanguageName')

  I created the association and the relationship between two entity object and added a LOV to 'DocumentLanguageID' of 'Document '. Now I can use the ADF form which gives me a list of choices for the LOV attribute. And it can save the object correctly. It is perfect.

  The problem arises when I want to display a table of 'Document' and want to see the 'DocumentLanguageName' and 'DocumentLanguageID '.

  I added DocumentLanguage entity to the view of the Document (DocumentView) object. Then you click on the button 'Add a feature attribute' and the added attribute "DocumentLanguageName" to "DocumentView".

  When I run the app module, I see "DocumentLanguageID" is correct, but the 'DocumentLanguageName' is empty and that an exception is thrown called ' (oracle.jbo.KeyNotPopulatedException) Houston-25078: ID attribute of the key to DocumentLanguage not filled.

  What is the problem?

  I must just AutoSubmit set to true for the DocumentLanguageID of the same entity/view object attribute.

• Transparent object problem

  Hi all

  I use illustrator CC

  Try to put a vector model on top a PSD (it's just a model)

  If I fill the vector with white model, it does not appear on the front at all (first image)

  If I fill it with a color, it turns a darker value when trying to arrange on top. (second image)

  

  

  I checked:

  The opacity is 100%

  the appearance is normal

  Compound path or not, same problem

  It is not applied clipping mask

  all other vectors that I use work very well and I checked everything I know ;(

  Is this enough information to get help?

  Try also to separate it and recording all the transparency settings that you ungroup multiple times if necessary to return to a collection of distinct objects.

• Display linked smart object problem?

  I was really kissing linked smart objects recently. However I found on a few occasions, there are cases where a linked smart object seems to strangely, and I see pixels rounded curiously - almost as if she started scaling the picture a bit.

  

  The smart object linked above is correct, but the one below (linked the same file) is rendered differently. Two smart objects have been placed with identical dimensions, any scaling that occur here. Whenever I for now, place this file in the PSD I have this display problem.   Essentially, when you insert the linked smart object even if I was seized to display 100% width & height (by default, that it has been globally as the source PSD has a smaller width/height), I had to then move the smart object after setting width & height 100% in order to then render correctly.

• Duplication of titles problem

  Hi, I use elements 14 on Windows first. I have problems of duplication of titles. I created a title with a title of movement model. Originally, I tried to copy and paste the title to create a new instance, but I found that it comes to create a clone where the words were duplicated in each of the titles.  I read online that I should rather to duplicate the clip of the song in the active project. Even if I rename it with a different name, I still see a direct copy of the text in each element (if I change it in my 2nd double copy, it makes the evolution of the original in the assets of the project). Any advice?  Is it because I'm using a model of title of movement? I could record as a model (Note: what was already a prior query developed Adobe template) to re-use (because I changed the colors, etc..)?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  I have not found the principle and modalities of classic to be titles the same as those for titles of movement for first elements 14 64-bit Windows.

  I confirm your results where you indicate clearly you use titles of movement and sought to copy and replicate the results. If you use the approach of duplicate on a title of movement, you change the text in the double, you change the text in the Original. I don't know how to solve this problem otherwise than to create a new title of movement in the second instance.

  As for the registration of the title of movement. Problems have been reported for this. Who has experienced mixed results. Titles of movement has a different way to save than do conventional securities. See saving as a new title in the feature. That action is supposed to save the title Motion Motion titles custom tab titles & text. The classic titles get saved on hard drive to the TRC.

• Selection of objects problem

  I am a new user of Illustrator, but I'm having a problem that I have no sense for me.  I can't select an object without moving it too.

  Steps to re-create the problem:

  1. Create a new document in Illustrator
  2. Match draw 2 rectangles
  3. Choose the "Sélection (V)" tool
  4. Click on and release the left button of the mouse on the rectangle that is not currently selected

  At this point, does not this rectangle is selected.  If I don't move my mouse, it stays like that.

  However, as soon as I move my mouse pixels ~ 10, suddenly, the rectangle is selected and moving with the mouse.  A second later (or almost), the object is automatically deleted.

  It behaves almost as if my mouse button is "stuck".  But I've reproduced it with the on-board trackpad and external mouse.  The "Direct Selection" tool causes the same symptoms.  However, I have not seen all the other functions that do not work as expected.

  It is on a Macbook Pro last generation running Mountain Lion.  The only other CS product I use is Dreamweaver, and I didn't notice any problems.

  I called Adobe tech support and that we have obtained in what concerns the deletion of my preferences.  (that does not affect the question)  However, we have been disconnected twice (without call back twice) and after > 15 minutes waiting for a third attempt, I'm pretty frustrated.

  After a search through the forums, I found someone suggest something that solved my problem.  I add the solution here in the hope that someone else finds it.

  The culprit was entitled Zoom.  Addition of Illustrator to its exclusion list seems to solve the problem.

• Word pdf object problem

  Acrobat 9.1/Word 2007/WXP Pro

  I have several users who cannot open PDF embeded objects in a word document.  When they click the icon, they get "the program used to create this object is AcroExch.  This program is not installed on your computer... ».  This problem does not appear until we went all to v9 but I can't say for sure they were incorporating pdfs before that.

  I repaired Office 2007, reinstalled Acrobat Pro, confirmed that HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AcroExch.Document.7\shell\Open\command is really pointing to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" '%1' and that this application is not running.  Users are able to open PDF files.  Other PDF files embedded on the same paper work.  It is not limited to a single PDF more, there are several embeded PDF that don't work.  I also noticed that sometimes the embeded PDF opens once, then if you close and reopen, Word gives you the same error.  How can work once and then tell me that it can find AcroExch next, I do not understand.  Ive also tried to open some of these documents with Reader 9 installed on a clean test PC, and they do the same thing.

  I considered the possibility that the doc was somehow corrupted but insert the PDF file in a new document has the same result.  No idea why she was saying AcroExch is not installed regardless if Acrobat Pro or the reader is actually installed and why some PDFs embeded would work and some would not be?  If this does not resolve a reinstallation of Microsoft Office and Acrobat, and it occurs on a clean install, how should I do?

  Update *.

  It seems to me that if I open these documents specific PDF Pro, resave them, then their reembed in Word, this problem does not occur.  After also asking these specific PDF files where created via a PDF function scanning Copier Sharpdesk.  I don't know why they can be opened with reader/Pro directly, but can not be opened as embeded PDF in word without being re-registered.

  This solved the problem for me:

  1. click on edit > Preferences...

  2. click on general

  3. click on default PDF select handler

  4. Select Adobe product: Adobe Reader X (10.0.1)

  5. click on apply

  I am designing a site Web is an Illustrator and it ended in photoshop (as is the requested web developer file) I have made head design, buttons and panels... -
  
  so I copy the object I want to AI PS as smart object. The web doc in PS is set to 72 dpi, which is fine - it seems 100% ' clean'. However when I do this process on the PC the result works is very good example - looks 'clean' 100% -.
  
  I got my job at home to finish on my Mac and when I did the same process was really pixelated boggles the mind! This is not good! NOT GOOD! I compared one of the buttons of the doc to work at one of the buttons on the dome of doc even on my Mac and the difference is terrible.
  
  HELP - is there some settings, I am more looking? I checked the 'Clipboard' settings in Illustrator to recommended that I could find on the web and nothing has changed? I have to close the program for preferences to work? Please please help

• Rearrange the objects problem

  I have dynamic scrollable text with a scroll bar. Everything looks and works very well until the moment when you use the back button. When you use the back button the scroll bar moves sometimes at random places on the stage. No, it is not interpolated, and when I go to check it out, this is where it should be. So I have no idea how to solve this problem, or why it's happening. Can someone help me solve this problem? Thank you

  I didn't understand why this was happening, but I think I've fixed by giving a name to the bar to scroll and x, y, height values.

• Several timeout objects (problem statement object?)

  So what I'm trying to do here, is to create objects separate timeOut 4 each applied to 4 different sprites. Each has a variable for the duration that is set to 0 by default so that it does not check even to call the timeout handlers. When the user clicks a sprite, the associated variable that length related sprite timer is set to 5 seconds. When the time runs out, the handler is called stop the timer, resets the variable for the duration of the timer to 0 and changes the image of this particular sprite.

  Basically, I want it so that the user can click each individual sprite and each sprite change its image 5 seconds after this specific sprite was clicked.

  While my code is probably repetitive and clunky, it seems like it should work for me - but I'm no expert by far. It compiles fine, but when it runs, I get this message:

  What exactly I did wrong? I guess it's a kind of simple syntax error but I can't understand that.   I can't imagine what you have this code attached to it. Why not try something like the following, attached to each individual sprite:

• Strange display with dynamic objects problem

  I ran on a question which is kind of a killer for me at the moment because it affects such a large percentage of my current project.

  I am building a sheet of sprite to hand off to developers for the iPhone, and the way I put it in place is each separate item, that I need to come back, I created a dynamic object. It seems, however, that it is question of rendering that affect almost every dynamic object I in the document.

  All I can say, the lowest line of pixels of the dynamic object is taken directly underneath, and the highest row of pixels is cut off. This happens even if the content of the dynamic object are not touching the edges of the canvas.

  Here is an example, the only difference between these two screenshots is that the first icon is surrounded by empty space, and in the second I added a layer to fill the background. The issue is still occurring the second shot, it happens just the background rather than the layer

  You can see in the first there are two rows of pixels above and below the circle and in the second row from the top is cut off and the last row repeats.

  Happening in CS4 and 5 and seems to be making every smart object in the document.

  We never seen it before?

  Set up the order of processing for one of these smart objects - and ensure that it is not offset by half a pixel due to odd size or rotation.

• duplication of fields problem

  Duplicate fields with this script: form.subForm.instanceManager.addInstance (1);

  When I test the PDF with acrobat 9, it works.

  But with acrobat 8 duplication works but when we type I one of the duplicated fields we have the same value typed in all other fields.

  The question will be the value defined in the default binding of the fields property. Each of them could have the same name with the same binding value set default property.

  May be they do not concern, provide each field a unique name.

  or

  Change default binding for these fields None if you do not want to bind to an XML tag.

  1 always read the installation to come with an upgrade instructions. Your question is redundant, because you need to do is described in the instructions

• creating an object...

  OK - so I have two objects...

  var oBook:Object = new Object();
  
  and one of them has certain values...
  
  oBook.title = "Happy Book";
  oBook.author = "stone."
  
  so. Now I want to duplicate the oBook object in the object oLibrary several times, with different keys... like this...
  
  oLibrary.red = oBook;
  oLibrary.green = oBook;
  oLibrary.blue = oBook;
  
  ... but, as I understand it, the simple variables (numbers, strings, Booleans) assign by duplication. Objects, however, assign to passing a pointer. If I do what I typed on it, I think I'll just have 1 item and a whole bunch of ways to reference it. (IE, if I change the oBook.title, the property ".title' of all objects will change)

  You can simply set oLibrary.red to be a new Object(), if you're not ready to specify which object it is.

  If you want to specify that it is an object generic oBook with all the methods and properties of your oBook, you must create a class book and assign a member of the class to your property of the library. If you follow this logic, you can create a superclass of library.
