  Re: the various save dialog box, try this: go to the menu, then Preferences, then click the general tab, on the left. On the right, uncheck the radio button 'Show online storage in check'.   1 do you have permissions to modify the file. On OS X, if the file is locked or is the file "belong" to another user?

  At some point my "save under" dialog has begun to open full screen mode. Do not know why. There is no way I can find to exit full screen mode. I have looked at the preferences and cannot find any obvious control for this behavior. It's not a big deal, but it is very annoying.   Don't you know. Entering into this issue a similar question finally showed. The answer is right at the top of the window and select "restore." Problem solved.

I've updated some sixteen days ago or so and since then I have had this problem.  Suggestions of what the problem may be, suggestions of either try to go back or do a complete reinstall?  All this is very frustrating for an old man, just trying to make good photos!  Any help would be appreciated.

  Recommend to reset preferences to default Photoshop

  Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) you launch Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

I can usually get 30-45 minutes out of the IDE before the problem starts to occur and if I restart it, the problem becomes clear. Is there a way to disable this particular feature highlighting?   Hi, can really use your help! Recently updated to Firefox. I used to click on downloads and be able to "save under". Now, I can only 'open' or 'save' When I click on 'save', all files go to the default download folder. I then have to open the Explorer, search for the folder and the file, and then cut and paste into the appropriate folder. A heavy treatment!

  We work with Indesign and Windows 7 Professional, all files are available for each of us on our server. For the first time now, we create our 280 page catalog as a file indb including 12 chapters (indd documents).

  I assumed, that all of us (there are three of us) can work in different chapters at the same time. Have I been wrong?

  How we work:

  We open the indb file simultaneously, and then open the different chapters at the same time (via the directory, without double click in Solution Explorer).

  When we close a chapter, we save the indd. file. No problems so far.

  But when one closes the indb file so Indesign says 'someone changed the book once you have opened it. Sure you crush? "and she wants to" save under ", not just"Save ".

  Problem:

  So far, we clicked on "Yes, please overwrite the book." "What should happen to the indd files during the recording of the book" we thought.

  But soon, we recognized, that sometimes the things we changed in the chapters (such as dimensions, photos, illustrations, text) seem to have disappeared. But this isn't all the work, which has been lost. Just a few things. It's so mysterious.

  I wouldn't recommend trying to open the book file simultaneously. But then - a book file is just a simple container document and can be recreated very quickly. I open the chapters independently of the book and just to bring together them in a document of a book at the end.

  For example, to INCLUDE / EXCLUDE the settings you can filter exactly what object and / or type you intend to export or import. Which is not easy with the Original Export / Import (with the exception of Tables, indexes, constraints,...).

  You can import directly in to a NETWORK_LINK without using a Dump.

  You have many interesting features like COMPRESSION, FLASHBACK_SCN / _TIME *,...

  You can use the API in PL/SQL to perform your export / import instead of using the command line Interface.

  Increasingly, the DATAPUMP is much more optimized than the Original Export/Import and use path Direct or external Tables,... and what to say about REMAP_ % settings that allow you to rename files of data, schema, storage...

  What you suggest is possible but it takes software and third-party quality loss.

  Instead, export a QuickTIme movie. If you have a choice of codecs, choose Apple Intermediate Codec. You can save it where you want it-maybe in the movies.

  Then import the movie into FCP as a clip.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Close all applications CC
  • Complete the process monitor activity/task manager (CCLibrary).
  • Restart any application and check.
