  I'm stuck on the part where you take the keyboard. I tried to use a screwdriver to take the keyboard by force, but I accidentally cracked a keyboard to 2 part . I fear on the use of the driver to get out with force the keyboard cause I could damage it. Does anyone know how correctly to the keyboard? I've seen a few videos and they said to push down and pull upwards. I do not exactly understand but I triend to push the lower part of their keyboard while pulling on the top but doesn't always work.

  The guide to disassembly keyboard starting @ 2:30mins - 3:10mins on this youtube video is accurate, as it follows the same procedure on page 46 and 47 of the hardware maintenance manual.

  Rather than use a flat screwdriver or your fingers to remove the keyboard, try to use a plastic pry tool and carefully lift upward from all corners of the keyboard until you remove it completely.

  I understand that you have a Bluetooth connection problem with your PC.

  Looking at the specifications of Remax RB - T7 it is compatible with IOS and android.

  This earpiece/headset Bluetooth is not supported by windows. As there is no pilot published by the manufacturer for windows.

  If windows detects that it has found a Bluetooth device, but since there is no generic driver available for this helmet it is taking generic keyboard driver and inscription as a Bluetooth keyboard.

  1. the speakers had problem - ASP replaced the motherboard, but now the volume is still very low, even when it is 100%. All parameters controlled and seem to agree. How to fix?

  4. reformatted much more time and finally returned to ASP that now the keyboard did not always work either. ASP has replaced the motherboard (which is now the third), but has not solved the problem and the keyboard. Still not having not battery

  5. the day I return A210, touchpad did not work. Talked to ASP which gave me a lot of options to try, including turn it off and wait 30 minutes, which is not done. He returned in ASP which says that there is nothing wrong with him?

  How can I set the power and touchpad problem?

  The cable is not repairable, you might be able to disassemble the keyboard and exchanging parts to fix it, but I don't see the point... Why not just replace the keyboard?

• typing clicks stopped

  After a year of use, clicks when typing, 'off' noise and clicks of texting have all stopped.  All other sounds are OK.  Can I play music, watch videos with sound, etc.  I tried to restart unsuccessfully.  I tried it, hold down the home and stop, then, when the screen went black, no restart - no change.  Any suggestions?
