Maybe it s Bluetooth adapter if your laptop is equipped with such aRegarding the WLAN tool, I think you mean ConfigFree. You can download it on the Toshiba site. Maybe the version of Vista also works on Windows 7.

Nirmal
Hi Nirmal,
Thanks for posting the request in the Microsoft Community. It seems that the Bluetooth device does not work as expected in Windows 7.
In addition to answering these questions that will help us provide a better solution:
1. what exactly happens when you try to add a bluetooth device?
2. What is the complete model of the computer number?
Try these methods and check:
Method 1:
If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try to use the hardware and peripheral troubleshooting tool to solve the problem. It checks the common issues of interest and ensures that a new device or hardware connected to your computer has been installed correctly.
Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter
Method 2:
Download the patch from this link and check:
Bluetooth devices do not work correctly on a computer that is running Windows 7

In addition, visit these links for more information on bluetooth technology:
