  I experienced the same problem, but this solved it for me.

  Go to regedit > HKEY_Current_User > Software > Microsoft > Windows > DWM

  Once in DWM, right-click on an empty area inside it and create two new DWORD value (32), as shown below.

  Once these are added, right-click on them and click on change to ensure that the value is set to 0. Then open cmd (command prompt) as an administrator.  -Windows 7 users can open quickly as administrator by typing cmd in the start menu search box, and then shift + right click on the command prompt > open as administrator

  I'm more concerned about why this has happened in the first place and prevent it from happening again.  I saw file names change before, but never of wingdings which then do not let you open, edit, delete, or rename.  We will check some of your system files: go to start / all programs / accessories / command prompt and right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

  Type sfc/scannow, go and let it run.  It will scan and try to correct some of your system files.  If all goes well he comes complete with no corruption, it could not repair (if it has these post of corruption here or try to analyze it to find the problem or files using http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928228.  If you find any these corrupted files, try to post them here.  Maybe we can replace the good files on the disc.

  While in the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and enter and let it run.  It will scan and try to solve any corruption or bad sectors on your hard drive and remove especially as a cause.

  If this does not work, you will need to do a repair/system upgrade using the Windows Vista Installation disc authentic (you own or that you can borrow from someone).  Here is the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88236-repair-install-vista.html as well as the upgrade from an earlier version of the Windows section of the following: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918884.  Although this will not affect your data, settings or programs, you should always back up your data before you start just be on the safe side.   I have some doubts in regard to invoking an application third, whenever there is an incoming call (by observing the change in status of the phone). The third-party application must be called as soon as the user gets the call and must replace the appication of dial phone by default/native.

  Please suggest me some ideas if the above can be implemented or not. If it can be put in place what is possible?

  Got the solution after enough research:

  In Blackberry the substitution of native applications in is not possible. When there is a call that is a priority interruption that all applications are moved to the bottom and the phone call will be prioritized. When an incoming call is there is not possible to invoke the third about, we can take control as soon as the call is completed.

  For all of you who read this, I was able to solve the problem.

  Through all the blogs I read, I did sort of a stupid Setup 4.5.2 on server 2012R2 error.  DON'T, DON'T.

  To uninstall the 4.5.2 version of server 2012R2 if you install like I did, go to programs and features, switch view installed updates and remove the update for Windows KB2934520

  After doing this, I was able to smooth sailing through the installation.  I realized that halfway through my troubleshooting, but considering the compatibility of .net usually I don't think it would be a huge problem and I though that surely there would be a vmware KB on such a stupid mistake but apparently not.
