DVD of size smaller than on my computer

The final size is slightly smaller, when I play on my HD TV.  How can I get the entire image that shows in the timeline to display on my HDTV?

Security zones settings have effect?

OK I thought about it.  The HDTV setting was 16:9.  I changed to "Just Scan" and the full image is now displayed in the HDTV screen.  It seems strange that the 16:9 setting cut a small border of the original 16:9 picture.  Can someone explain this?

Thank you for all your help.  Alan.

  • Why keep my canvas size smaller than what I get in the boxes?

    I did a book cover for a printing company and they have come back to me twice now - basically, I think that the measures are not good and they may not format correctly for printing.

    The Web is supposed to be 316mm wide and 216mm in height, with a 300px dpi. However, when I look at how big the Web is (Image > canvas size) he always says 315.98 215.98 x, no matter how many times I try to resize it. I'm not entirely sure how printing doing things, but I think this 0.2 mm could make a difference. The same happens when I create a new file. I want to do a 3 mm x 210 mm canvas, because I need a margin of 3mm on each edge (where the extra 6mm in width and height of the A4 size 310 x 210). However, this new canvas is also then 2.96 x 209.97 mm. So when I want to use it as a guide on the edges, I'm a total of 0.8 mm - so I think this could really make a difference.

    I tried to search to see if anyone had the same problem but couldn't find anything. It would be nice if it's just a problem I supervise and allows to correct quickly. Printing needs coverage again as soon as possible, so a quick response would be great.

    I use:

    • 8.1 Windows 64-bit (up to date)
    • Photoshop CS6 13.0.1 x 64

    At 300 dpi, would become 316 mm ~ 3732,28 pixels. Since you need an integer pixel value, the result is the rounded 3732 pixel dimension. Return calculated, which would be ~ 315,98 mm.

  • Published size smaller than expected

    Hello:

    I've been working with a cartoon Christmas card (my first attempt at using the Flash). With the help of David Stiller, I managed to make it work (except to move the line background layer up with animation).

    I tried a test post using the default settings and it seems to be about 200 pixels wrong when my paper has been prepared at 803 X 1086 pixels. Why is this? How to publish in the size I want?

    Thanks to you all!

    Nevermind - I can't see where I can change it! (Thought these figures down to the left of the property inspector are parameters of the grid - but they are also size settings).

  • "this computer's hard drive is smaller than the original hard drive shipped.

    Computer model: p7-1058uk Hi, I'm trying to reinstall my windows recovery kit 7 I bought from best2serve my OCZ Vertex 60 GB ssd Series 3. But I get this error message "this computer's hard drive is smaller than the original supplied hard disk. The recovery process cannot continue"I actually managed to install this recovery on the same front drive kit when I bought first. Any ideas as to why its not working now? I have formatted the ssd drive, deleted the partition and creates a new one with a program called gparted. I can't access my computer until I can reinstall this recovery again kit. Thank you

    Hello:

    I'm surprised that the same recovery disks set worked the first time.  Unfortunately, the error you are getting is the norm. I don't know any solution other than to get a bigger hard drive to the approximate size as the original.

    I have a solution for you if you want to use...

    If you can read the product key 25 character Windows 7 on the sticker COST Microsoft on your PC, you can download single files Windows 7 ISO to burn it to a DVD for the version of windows (Pro, home) that is installed on your PC, and which is listed on the sticker COST Microsoft on the PC.

    You must also select the language installation provided with your PC, or the product key will not work.

    Burn the ISO with the option to burn the ISO on your DVD burning program and burn it at the slowest possible speed that will allow your program.

    Use the 25-character product key to activate the installation. It's good for the 32-bit or 64-bit version of W7.

    Then go to the support page and drivers for your PC install the drivers you need.

    Link to downloads ISO of W7 is below.

  • The screen is smaller than the size of the screen. Help!

    I hit a button on an accident (CTRL with Shift or CTRL with something else) and the screen went black. Now, the screen size is much much smaller than the size of the screen. There is a good inch margin 2 right and left. How can I return the screen to normal size (to match the screen)?

    Hi Rhamad,

    Thank you for visiting Windows Vista Microsoft answers forum.

    Your monitor settings have been changed, and you must set its value by default. To set the default settings screen, you must use the buttons near the power of the monitor buttons. You can take the help of the manufacturer of your computer to do or if any manual was provided with the computer then you can refer to that as well.

    You also try to open graphics settings and change the display settings.

    To change the display settings, follow the steps below:

    1. the right in the empty space on the desktop and select Properties.

    2. click on the settings tab.

    3. click on advanced.

    4. click on the tab on your computer graphics card.

    5. you will need to make changes in the advanced settings under display settings.

    Alternatively, you can perform a system restore to a date when the display settings were normal.

    To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, type system restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs.
    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    2. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

    3. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

    4. click on finish.

  • The buffer is smaller than the specified size.

    Has done a session of webniar via GoToWebinar, that has been saved as a Windows Media audio/video file. It has been downloaded to my desktop without problem, and the original file plays on Windows Media player. I need to send the session recorded with colleagues across the Canada. It's a big file to 55.5 MB, I usually use YouSendIt.com and have done so successfully with the same type of files in the recent past. This time, when I send the file and download it via YouSendIt, it records on my desk in a 55.5 MB file with the correct file name, but when I try to open this file, I get an error message: "the buffer is smaller than the specified size. Any ideas on what may be the problem. How this can be solved?

    I do not have the fix for YouSendIt, but it may be worth trying to
    Download your file on SendSpace... then just send download
    link to your recipients and they can download the file to their
    own convenience.

    "SendSpace.

    are just what you have to do.

    On the left, click on the Browse button and it will open a window which
    allows you to access the files on your hard drive.

    Go to your video file and select it.

    On the left, click on the download button.

  • Problem w / window size is smaller than the size of the screen

    I recently had an automatic installation of Vista sp.  Don't know what version/sp.  After restarting my laptop, the window size is now smaller than the window size of the screen.  It looks like HD video with a 1 1/2 in. vertical black band on the left and right side of the screen.  How can I fix it?

    Hello

    Have you tried to adjust the resolution in the settings of the Control Panel/customize / display? If there is only limited adjustments available, you will probably need to reinstall or update your graphics card driver. This is best done with a download of the manufacturer of the device, not windows update. original title: Auto Adjust

    Hello.

    Whenever we start to use our computer, the screen goes black and the message 'Auto adjust is in Prgress'. Then, all of our screen is small and all the icons and pages are smaller than before.

    I tried restoring the system that works and that gets our screen back to normal but every day that this Auto setting is coming and we can't seem to stop it.

    Any help would be appreciated... Thank you

    Try this:

    Go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your laptop computer-graphics/computer card > drivers and downloads Section > key in your model number > look for the latest Vista drivers > download/install them.

    Then:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-AU/Windows-Vista/change-screen-resolution

    Change the screen resolution

    Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

    See you soon.

  • Configurator error 'the hard size in the first string of RAID must be smaller than the drive selected in the second Raid channel'

    Hello, I hope this is the forum for this question rigth.

    I am trying to set up a new T330 for one of our customers, and I want to use a Raid 1 + Raid 1 configuration. First raid for the operating system and daily backups, second raid for a database.

    I tried the C15c configuration, but I always get the error "the size of the hard drive in the first RAID channel must be smaller than the selected hard drive in the second Raid channel".

    Is it really necessary to buy an SSD that is bigger than the HD used in the first Raid? The DSS may be relatively low, but I need more space for the backup.

    Is there an alternative solution to this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Stefan

    Yes. In fact, you can mix drive types on the SAME channel... they just cannot be mixed in the same virtual disk (table).

  • How to resize the print size of an item within my PDF to multiple pages? For example a receipt or another image that can scan in bigger or smaller than my 8.5 x 11 Bill?

    How to resize the print size of an item within my PDF to multiple pages? For example a receipt or another image that can scan in bigger or smaller than my 8.5 x 11 Bill?

    Hello

    In the print dialog box, you would get options to resize your document.

    Try them and see if that helps.

    Once you choose the print option, it would give options to change the size of the page you need.

    Please check and see if it suits you or not.

  • Ban of resizing smaller than a certain size of window

    I was wondering if anyone has any useful ideas on the following problem:

    I have a scene with a certain initial size. Resizing is allowed, however in some dimensions the application becomes unusable because everything cannot be displayed (think of an image that should be displayed in a window smaller than the image).

    import java.io.IOException;
    import java.util.logging.Level;
    import java.util.logging.Logger;
    import javafx.application.Application;
    import javafx.scene.Scene;
    import javafx.scene.image.Image;
    import javafx.scene.image.ImageView;
    import javafx.scene.layout.StackPane;
    import javafx.stage.Stage;

    public class ForceMinSize extends Application {

        private double minWidth = 100;
        private double minHeigth = 100;

        @Override
        public void start(Stage primaryStage) {
            try {
                Image img = new Image( getClass().getResource("kajak4_small.png").openStream());
                ImageView imgView = new ImageView(img);

                StackPane root = new StackPane();
                root.getChildren().add(imgView);

                Scene scene = new Scene(root, 190, 163);

                primaryStage.setTitle("Force minimal size");
                primaryStage.setScene(scene);
                primaryStage.show();
            } catch (IOException ex) {
                Logger.getLogger(ForceMinSize.class.getName()).log(Level.SEVERE, null, ex);
            }
        }

        public static void main(String[] args) {
            launch(args);
        }

    }

    Resizing of components to match the size isn't an option. As the size of the step properties are read-only, I can only receive messages when below the size threshold, but cannot do anything about it. The only alternative I can see is disabling resize and allow only the original size (configurable) and full screen.

    primaryStage.setMinWidth(minWidth);
    primaryStage.setMinHeight(minHeigth);

  • Why is my file size "Combined PDF" smaller than the original files?

    Hello!

    I try to combine two individual PDF files into a single PDF file. Each file is 32 MB, but when I use acrobat to combine, the newly created "combined" file is only 19 MB. I think I took the necessary steps to ensure no degradation that happens (e.g. large selection size of the file in the Panel options), but I'm still puzzled as to how the two files can be set up as one and be smaller than the two separate files with out any compression. What Miss me?

    Thanks in advance!

    When you combine a file, it performs an operation of "save under".  This rewrites all the PDF object in the single file and is supposed to clean the file, while the single files may have had several saves which when you look at the inner workings of the PDF file simply add at the end of the file.  In other words, you get a file more cleanly written and optimized is also recorded for a quick display of Web pages.
