  In my German DW:

  Bearbeiten > Tastaturbefehle > screenshot > files > Kurzbefehle +-taste press > change > Ok.

  Translated something like:

  Edition > keyboard shortcuts > screenshot

  

  > Files > shortcuts + - press > edit > Ok.

• Command key to switch between files?

  I have 2 + files open in Photoshop CS5 on a Mac, and I'm in full screen or full screen w/Menu Bar Mode. I'm trying to switch between files without having to return to the Standard Display Mode. What is the command key to do it (switch between files)? If there isn't one, how I would fix for this? I don't know where to find the menu, except precisely by selecting a particular file.
  Also, I tried to drag and drop items from one file to the other and it seems that the only way to do that is if they are both in two windows comletely different app, don't not tabbed. Is this correct?

• Why Firefox will allow me to have several tabs, but not allow me to switch between tabs and can only watch a new tab when closing the previous?

  Everytime I open a new tab, it appears on the tab bar where it should, but if I click on it nothing happens, the tab does not open, and I can't switch between multiple tabs. The only way to get a new tab is to close one on that I am currently, and even then it will only open the next tab in the order of precedence, so I can't even choose which tab is next to see. This problem makes it impossible to use firefox as a research tool that requires quick change back and forth between pages in multiple tabs at the same time.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that disables certain parameters, disables most Add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button

    

    click Help

    

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  • In previous versions of Firefox, click on the Firefox button in the upper left of the Firefox window and click help (or click on help in the Menu bar, if you do not have a Firefox button) and click on restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Mode safe mode as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

• First Pro CC 2014.2 frequently crashes when switching between programs

  I started to program frequent crashes in first Pro CC 2014.2 Mac OS 10.10.3 on my Mac Pro 2013. This problem occurs when I switch to another program, say word or Adobe Audion back to Premiere Pro. I have the dialog box "we're sorry" and the application breaks down. About 50% of the time when this happens - when I reopen it the application that it hangs again - and then on the 2nd re - open it is successful. It's really annoying my workflow to worry about a crash whenever I have spend in AE or hearing. I uninstalled all the plugins, uninstalled and re-installed PP, erased the media cache and reset the preferences. Happening every day on this machine. I want to compile a list of this music.  I know that I can type the information into word or excel documents but y at - it a proggram that is available that would allow me to copy the information already on the computer to compile the list is my music. I tried to copy the titles but al does is copy the music together. (example: song title: puppet man artist: Tom Jones.) If I tried to copy the information to a file for which it is stored, it would actually copy the file and not only the tiitle. Any suggestions?
