DW CC says TRIAL has EXPIRED. Paid, no help in the CHAT
It's really frustrating.
I paid for it and yet I tells me that my trial has expired. Said to go to the frequently asked questions and Live Chat. No resolution?
What should I do?

I have an adobe Lightroom instaled on my computer... I bought a CD. What I have to buy Lightroom for my iphone or does it with her. I have the Lr app on my phone and it works but when I want to sync my photos, it says trial has expired...
LR mobile only works and comes with the basic version of subscription of LR for computers. Of course, you can download LR mobile on your iPhone and use for a 30 day trial, but once the 30 days it will stop working.
Right the trial period is 30 days unless you subscribe to the package of photographer.

The paid Version of Illustrator CS6 - says trial has expired?
As stated, I have a full licensed version of Design & Web Premium CS6. I also pay on behalf of creative cloud "photography" get photoshop and lightroom.
When I open Illustrator CS6 it tells me that my CC to trial has expired and it prompts me to the licensed software. How can I get that back to my fully paid for the license? I do not remember to register for all test under my account, so I am at a loss!
Where this is important - the apps of photoshop and lightroom CC to open and operate normal. It's just the CS6 software that gives me bad.

You're SUPPOSED to be able to keep the CS6 (or earlier) with a subscription of clouds, so I have no idea why your CS6 does not work

PS and monthly pass purchased says trial has expired and won't let me use it
I bought the monthly plan of one year which includes cc, ps and lr. I actually already have lightroom so I don't use it on the CC but I need photoshop. Even if I am registered for the monthly payment plan, his ps saying expired and won't let me open it. Any ideas?

I only paid AUD $120 for the subscription to THE annual Echosign. But when I connect to my account Echosign it says trial has expired. Has this happenned to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?
I tried calling support, but they are really really bad. Talked to 3 different people, which me transferred to 3 other people who finally told me that I need a subscription to creative cloud to use Echosign. Another told me that I need to buy Adobe Acrobat. Laughing out loud
Thank you for wasting an hour of my time - completely useless.
I've used Echosign previously before Adobe purchased and the customer support and the service was amazing, I never had billing issues.
Now it feels like nobody knows anything yet on this product they have acquired and can even help me to buy/use the product.

I tried lightroom 5 on someone elses computer for a few minutes and it looked good, but with the way you do your thing here its impossible for me consider parting with all species for your products, unless you come to the party and help.
