DW CS3 trial on Vista Ultimate, no pass

Hello.

I am currently using MX 2004 suite and plans to update.

So I bought a Vista Ultimate and downloaded the demo of DW CS3.
Installation went very well, but whenever I select the option for the trial, I get the error:

There was a problem when trying to load the trial period for Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
+ more on reebooting and reinstall.

Tried to reboot, reinstall, install as administrator with no Antivirus enabled, but not God.

Any ideas?

Right-click and select run as administrator.

  • New PC Vista Ultimate ID CS3 and CS4-"enter" does not work

I have a new laptop running Vista Ultimate.  I installed my CS3 Design Premium full version and in InDesign, have had problems with both past on the keyboard extended to give me a page break. I copy and paste a paragraph break or select from the insertion of special characters instead of type entry (not to mention the line break and a column which are also easily accessible break).  I actually never use page breaks, so it's extremely annoying.  Yesterday, I downloaded the 30 day demo of InDesign CS4 to see if it works better (willing to be upgraded if it fixes the problem). However, it also has the same issue - the two keys "enter" give a page break.  Obviously this is a bug that is overflowing with ID, but I don't have the problem in another application. Of course, I would like some advice as to how to track down where this issue develops and if there is a way I can fix it.

  • Need help to install Vista Ultimate x 64 SP1 - error 0x800F081F - standard corrections do not work

I have trouble getting Service Pack 1 installed on Windows Vista x 64 final.

Current issue: SP1 does not appear as an update, and I have not yet installed.  Windows Update tells me that I'm completely up to date.

History (memory, may be some errors):

    • Performed the new installation, including Vista Ultimate x 64 disk erasure (MSDN)
    • Updated to current with windows update
    • Installed Office 2007 Ultimate (MSDN) (don't know where update what happened)
    • Active Windows (could be a problem doing this after you install updates?)
    • Installed CPU usage, network, gadgets sidebar discs counter meter
    • Installed Live Family Safety
    • Installed Chrome
    • Installed Google Apps
    • Google Pack antivirus installed
    • Installed Google Earth
    • Attempted a manual installation of SP1 - fails with the error 0x800F081F
At the present time, I can't get a manual of installation of SP1 to work, and Windows Update tells me that I am up to date.  -> System control panel tells me I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate, but does not list all service packs.  He also confirmed that the x 64 edition is installed.
    Steps for debugging:

  • No sound in Vista Ultimate SP2 WMC for DVD movies

    Hi all. Vista Ultimate SP2 x 32,

I want to watch movies on my HP Pavilion zv6000 DVD. The WMC play the DVD very well, but there is no sound. The sound works well otherwise game and music DVD OK. It is only the film DVD with no sound. I installed the codec and decoder to try to see if they could help, but so far nothing.

I also installed the VCL and programs Corel DVD Pro and they play very well, good sound, but it is a trial version which I do not want to buy, so I would like to be able to use the WMC that comes with Vista that I already paid for.

are there utilities or what is known to solve this kind of problem with the WMC Vista? The films are the only types of DVDs that I have the problem of noise, and they are all good DVD, Disney, etc., purchased on amazon.com, so that they are good media.

Suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

Just one additional bit of information for others. Other people I have rad and conversed with who have had the same question said that they could play the DVD movie with sound after you install the original version of Vista and even the SP1 update. But, after installing the SP2 update the sound played more. So what people could do is to check this area of their sound before installing SP2 to see if these boxes are checked and if not, go there first and uncheck these boxes after installing SP2.  I didn't know before not the hand, I did look to see if they checked if I don't know whether or not they were not checked before.

But, in any case, after I installed SP2, they may need to uncheck these boxes in order to have sound with DVD movie again.

  • Taskeng error (Vista Ultimate). PC will not properly shutdown

    Hey Microsoft board gurus,

(Running Vista Ultimate on a Dell Optiplex 330)

SHUTDOWN PROBLEM, here is what happens:

    1. I use start menu & off the pc.
    2. PC seems to turn off (but a few small red lights twinkling near the power button / at the front of the Tower & the rest of button IT turned on.)
    3. After about 10 minutes, the PC then restarts by itself
    4. He can complain about "an unscheduled stop.
    5. Then
    6. I stopped again, and finally, it shuts

Sometimes to get it off, I have to make a hold in the power button.  I know that regularly isn't good for the computer.

At some point after the pc auto-entrée back, he sent this taskeng error, so maybe this is a hint on the cause of the problem.

    • I tried to do a restore from the registry to May 7 (a date the pc was ok), tried ending taskeng before stopping, and I let a Windows system/repair/recovery Volume and still have the problem.
    • Thinking maybe the computer was in the middle of the installation of Windows updates when I turn me off my PC at night, I have reviewed the updates of Windows 'Important' that were pending / CCEd would be / available, and they are useless for me (Office 2007 and IE) and should not have been install.
    • I tried a few other things, and the problem happens even about half time or more when I turned off the PC for the night.
    • I spoke to Microsoft; they don't help me without paying because my license code Vista is OEM, meaning that Dell is responsible for helping me.  Dell will not help me without paying because they say that it is a software problem and those who are not included in no charge technical support and was told to talk to Microsoft.

Any advice to get my computer to close normally again?  It is very annoying because it takes TWO stops in about 10 min. OR a hold-in button stop making my PC actually turn off.  The text of the error below.  Thank you.

You can download the contents of the c:\windows\minidump on SkyDrive and provide a link?

Consider the following general guidelines for dealing with bluescreens.

Consider running chkdsk on all partitions.  Leave complete chkdsk on each partition and see if that helps.

    Also consider running SFC/scannow.

If you start in safe mode, do you still feel bugs? What if you do a clean boot, or boot device?

Consider the memory with memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic test. Note that memory that pass the tests isn't necessarily good memory - he not only failed a review.  Examine systematically to eliminate the system RAM - run with a few modules for awhile and see how things are going. Then try the other modules.

Other common suggestions include ensuring drivers are up to date, but also to ensure that you use the latest version of the BIOS.

It may be useful to use the driver verifier.  To activate the... Driver Verifier start-> verifier.exe-> OK-> create standard settings-> next-> driver select the names to a list-> next-> sort by provider-> select all other Microsoft drivers-> finish and OK your way out of the dialog box.

Then restart and use the system as you normally and wait for a problem.  In case the system does not completely start after activation of the Verifier, boot mode safe and run driver verifier and tell him to remove the changes.

Wait for a bugcheck occurs after you have enabled the auditor as described, and then download the dump on your SkyDrive and provide a link.

  • Need to re - load Vista Ultimate

My laptop computer was upgraded to Windows 7 trial and now I need to re - load Vista Ultimate. Is there a way without having to buy a disc?

Vista Media recovery obtaining and/or using the Vista recovery on your computer Partition to factory settings .

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

    Hola Carlos!

It seems that you have some problems. We may be able to get you run back soon.

I think our best option is to do a system restore to a point in time before you start to get in trouble. I hope that you have a few options here.

Click on START and type > system restore
Click on next to the first screen. You should see a list of the dates of "restore". Choose one before you start to get into trouble and click Next. Follow the prompts to complete.

As you acknowledged, you need more memory/RAM. 512 MB is not enough for Vista Ultimate to work well. You need at least 1024 MB... more if possible. You might consider getting RAM before anything else because it will considerably speed up your computer.

Please let us know what happens.

  • Vista Ultimate?

    Hello

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction to buy a new product key for Vista Ultimate?

    Hi Rob,

Well the copy you have is not really 'new', it has been used before and installed on another computer, so you get the message 'key product already in use.'

Your only option is to call the line Activation of Microsoft, start the activation procedure - is told in passing that this procedure is automated. If activation fails again "don ' t ' hung up, rather stay online and you will be transferred to a"real"person You can then explain that you purcahsed your copy of E - Bay and that the copy will activate not because the product key is already in use. The person you speak to should be able to offer advice or actually activate the software for you.

See this link from my Web site for more details: http://www.winuser.co.uk/windows_vista_faq/87_product_key_already_in_use.html

Before moving on to the software to another person you must clear the copy from your own computer to comply with the license agreement. It assumes that the person who sold you the re-allocated operation has already done in this case, I can't see a problem with the active product. • Upgrade to Windows Vista Ultimate Edition of Windows 7 Professional?

Original title: Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade

I have a HP laptop that originally shipped with Windows Vista Edition Home Premium I did a clean install of Vista Ultimate with. I wonder if I've been upgrading to Windows 7 I can go with Windows 7 Professional? What is Ultimate? I am not wanting to use Windows 7 Home Premium, but I guess if I have no choice, then it is what it is.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I look after 150 Windows 7 client computers.  I can inspires you much insight that there is virtually no reason for a user of typical computer use anything more expensive than the publishing house.  Virtually all the differences are useful for system administrators and advanced users.

That being said, you may have a lot of trouble FINDING any edition of Windows 7 other than professional, due to rules of Microsoft.  However, my advice to my clients is to buy the House if you can find and save your money.

You first need to know if your Vista machine can support 64-bit.  It is possible, if you want to install.  Then add memory at least 4 gigabytes.

Also, before everything that you can do that, strongly recommend that you evaluate the status of your hard drive.  Portable hard drives are usually the first thing to fail in a laptop.  You must determine if you need to replace the hard drive first.  In fact, it's what I would do.  You can test the EQUIPMENT of your drive by running a software tester training from the manufacturer of your hard drive.  If you pass along the model number of your player (Device Manager shows it), I'll answer with a link to this software.

Other tips: do not use the UPGRADE option.  All operating system installations must be clean, or so-called Custom in the installation process.
