DW CS5.5 and 8.1 of Windows - very slow dw & design mode does not work for 1 Web site

I use DW CS5.5 and 8.1 of Windows on a PC. The PC has a lot of memory and power. I use DW 5.5 for the manufacturing and Assembly of Web sites. My laptop has a 17 inch screen. For a site specific Web I have change, page not in 'Design view' without going to "Live View". Also for this one site, DW5.5 is very, very slow and unresponsive. The site is great but has not much JavaScript which would slow down so much performance. I won't change the preferences registry because it is the only site that I'm working on that has this problem. If you answer, please be very clear and explicit in the steps I have to take. Thanks in advance for your help and support. Sorry that the wrong title was on my post.
The first thing I would do, because it seems to only be one site, is this site 'wrong' for html errors. Run the validator at http://validator.w3.org/nu and clean up all the errors that it finds.

After the upgrade yesterday from Vista to Windows 7, now my Cisco VPN does not work and I get an error message titled: grounds 440 driver fault. Any ideas to fix this?
This was the solution! The works of vpn as $ 1 million now. I followed the instructions above to enter the uninstall program and selecting the repair option. I rebooted the machine, then used the troubleshooting on vpn software compatibility option. Selected Windows windows xp (service pack 2) as the correct software and cisco vpn client started right up.

How can I fix the "drag and drop" feature in Windows 7? It used to work, but now does not work, for no apparent reason!
What happens when you try? Make sure you drag the icon image and not the text of the name.
If it still doesn't work there are some registry changes that can try to alleviate the problem. But because the changes to the registry are tedious and dangerous, I recommend to leave the system to repair it for you. Here's how:- Type of restore in the search box of the start menu to find and open to restore system files and settings from a restore point.
- Click Next, choose a date before the problem started, then click Next once more.
- This process only takes around 2 minutes and only restores your system files/settings: it will not affect any of your files, documents, photos, emails, or anything else.
If the system restore does not resolve the problem try this to replace missing or corrupted system files. Here's how:- Type cmd into the start menu search box, and then press Ctrl-Shift-Enter to launch as administrator.
- At the command prompt to start the File System Check, type sfc/scannow .

I keep on getting error 0x6D9 and 0 x 80070424 code when you try to activate my windows firewall, also my mcafee firewall does not work. I have Windows 7 and it started only caused since last week. Can someone give me an idea on how to solve this problem?
When you have McAfee running, he provided the Firewall & automatically deleted the Windows Firewall. Panel\Windows Firewall control page should have shown a message say. If you managed to change the settings for the Windows Firewall then you might have corrupted both the McAfee & Windows Firewall.
I really think you should try a restore for some time point before you tried modifications, if that is even possible.
If you have uninstalled McAfee Control Panel, programs, then you must also run the Tool McAfee Consumer Product Removal or you will get several unpredictable problems.
If you still have problems after running the McAfee tool then it could be the result of the previous Windows Firewall changes & the corruption of the system resulting. Your system is in an unknown state as a result of these changes.
You can try running SFC/scannow in an admin command prompt, but it wouldn't do any good.
You may need to use the installation DVD to do a repair installation. I hope get you lucky, but you may need to do a complete reinstall of Windows.

Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.
