  (Newly) installed Dreamweaver does not recognize my server (ftp.jakkoke.com). Check the firewall (no problem), other ftp programs that work fine, old version of Dreamweaver - works but not with Mac os 10.10 Yosemite.   Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Quit Dreamweaver runs.
  2. Go to the Spotlight (magnifying glass icon on the far right of the menu bar) and type "keychain". Locate the "Keychain Access" application, then click on to start.
  3. In Keychain Access, you should see a list of keychain items.  Look in the 'Name' column for an affected item named with the name of the Site from your site. It will look something like this: ' sitename-SiteServer 0. It will also say 'application password' in the column 'Genre '.
  4. Click the item to select. You should see a few properties of the Keychain item appears at the top of the Keychain Access window. As a double check, make sure that the value for the 'account' is the name of the FTP user.  If this isn't the case, then you can have the wrong item.
  5. Once you are happy, you have the correct item, and it is selected, press the delete key to remove it. Leave the application open for now.
  6. Start Dreamweaver, go to the "Manage Sites" dialog (Site > Manage Sites...) and modify the affected site. Click on the servers section and double-click the server in the list to edit it.
  7. Enter the FTP username and password, and then click Save to close the editing server box and click on save again to close the site box.
  8. You should now see that a new element of Keychain has been created in Keychain Access (it must have the same name).
  9. You can quit Keychain Access and Dreamweaver now and then restart Dreamweaver and check if it works now without having to re - enter the FTP details.

  I have created many websites and they all tend to be slightly different, with different browsers. It's especially in positioning, especially when I stack objects after the other. I want to say here is that I have a site with a header and a footer of main content. It looks perfect with Chrome, but the footer happened slightly in FF or IE. If I have the code for FF, Chrome can display 'properly '. I know it's probably my CSS so I need a source that will tell me the differences for each browser. Or do I put code in my CSS to settle differences within each browser? Such as "if IE, margin-top: 1em;" If FF, margin-top: .5em; ", if Chrome, top of the margin: 0em;

  Suggestions (and yes I know that the above code is incorrect. I am just lazy up the correct syntax.

  Near perfect pixel is simply not possible in view of the change in browser.  But if you see dramatic differences, it is more likely related code than not.

  98% of the browser rendering issues are related to errors in code.  Clean code is usually the best way to ensure good cross browser results.  Use the following online validation services and fix the errors reported.

  Although the server behaviors are enabled in Dreamweaver CS6, they have been deprecated by Adobe and are more supported because the code is outdated and will not work in PHP 7, to be released in a couple of weeks.

  That said, the reason why you get "unidentified error" certainly means that you have not set your test server correctly.

  You need a form-to-email processing script.  And it is likely that you will not want a script that supports downloading an attachment - CV of the applicant / resume, references, etc...  The script, you should use will depend on your web server supports scripts which server-side.

  Put this code exactly as it is to let you know where it comes from.  You have the style with the background color that I commented in the code above and inserted a new transparent called background.

  If this does not work then you need to go to the CSS of origin corresponding to this code and comment out the code for the background without using the transparent background.

  Apply some css to your foot of page-clear: both;

  This should have the effect of forcing the footer in the right position.

  If your cancellation and section are wrapped up in their own container you could apply some css to this container - overflow: hidden; who will have the same effect to force the footer into the right position

  Try the following steps:

  (1) in the Muse go to help > log out

  (2) close the Muse

  (3) close the desktop application Cloud Creative

  (4) raise the creative Cloud desktop application and connect to it

  (5) raise the Muse,

  Also ensure that the creative file Cloud syncing is ONE and then try to check for the assets.
