• disable hardware acceleration set my image loading problem. is there another way to get around this?

  System details:
  OS: Windows 8.1 Professional (64-bit)
  Graphics card: PNY NVidia GT 610 (2 GB)
  RAM: 5 GB
  Firefox version: 36.0 (32-bit)

  Since yesterday, when the images would load on Web sites, some of them would be entirely black, or black for the most part, with only a piece of the images loaded, only to fully charge a few minutes later.

  Disabling hardware acceleration has solved this problem, but reduces the overall performance of firefox. Is there another way to work around this problem, not to mention that disabling hardware acceleration?

  Note: The only 2 things I have tried have been reset firefox and a new installation of firefox. I don't want to lose my data of the addon and the custom settings of firefox, because it takes too much time for me to put them back where they are now.

  I'm also pretty computer savvy, if you can get quite technical with me. If I don't understand something, I ask.

  In fact if all what you need to do is to check if the image has changed (different pixels) then you can use the BitmapData class to compare the current and new images.

  Create an object BitmapData of the current image (which is loaded in current_mc) and the new image (loading in new_mc). Then compare the two. If their different, then you can update current_mc by the new image.

  If I get some time, I'll try and create an example - unless someone has one sitting?

• Image loading problem

  I downloaded an unfinished site to a server to test, and several of the images including the CSS container div background image are not loading.

  The address is < http://www.glennthomasmusic.com >, and images that are not loading are:

  images/Graphics/logo3.png

  images/bckg.jpg

  images/ttbanner.png

  When I try to access the URL of the image, the browser displays: "cannot display the image '(image)' because it contains errors." Also, when I was the design of the site, I was only able to view the images in the preview of the site with Safari. The pages were created using Dreamweaver CS4.

  I raised this issue before, and it has never been resolved. Any ideas on what could be the cause?

  These images seem to be PSD files had the extension changed. It will throw errors. The background image is also 4.1 Mb which will take forever to download.

  I suggest that you open the original in Photoshop files (or anywhere where they are created) and use 'Save for Web and devices' and create files jpg or png in this way. You should see a change in size, and they then have to work without problem.

  In addition, your characteristic main image is larger that it is displayed in. To save bandwidth and possible problems of browser, I suggest to create the jpg to the exact size you need.

  Why does not my image on the forum?  He repeats to me "that type of image is not allowed."  but it is a jpeg image.  I also tried a screenshot, and it said the same thing.  just won't let me load an image.  any ideas?

  Try to drag and drop your picture in the answer box and be sure that it is less than 8 MB.

  I have three Logo saved in OA_MEDIA with the name as 80.gif, 81.gif, 82.gif.

  I created a formula column outside the Group of data and given the link in the RTF, inside the url of the Image Alt text: {//CF_LOGO1} and his works fine.

  But when I created the formula column in the dataset, how do I give the path inside the image.

  I tried with this url: {...} CF_LOGO1} but his does not work. Could all help with that.

  Please check if you placed the logo with the Group and the image is called correctly.

• SSRS 2008 SP4 - header or footer of the report contains the dynamic image does not change

  Our version of Reporting SERVICES to current production is 2008 (not R2). And we have the problem that the header or footer of the report contains the dynamic image does not change accordingly.

  According to this hotfix, the problem has been resolved in the last SP R2 and we tested, it works.

  Hi - I'm having a problem with images not loading with lightroom 6. Only a few seem to them nor do. I'm running off lightroom 6.0. It may be I need to upgrade to the latest version, but I can't see how I can do that nothing is obvious!

  You can attach the screenshot using the icon insert a picture (in a browser web, you cannot attach a screenshot by e-mail)

  

• Why my images load as a solid blue image?

  I use the latest version of Lightroom CC and upgrade to a new PC running Windows 10. When I open lightroom none of my images are loading. Surveys along the bottom and top left load perfectly however the main image loads only as a solid blue box. Y at - it something I am doing wrong or is this a bug that comes arises?

  Try turning off the GPU acceleration. Go in Edition > Preferences and on the performance tab, uncheck the box. If this solves the problem, click on to learn more about troubleshooting information page. You may need to update the graphics driver.

• Showing dynamic images in BI Publisher PDF report

  I defined a layout of report in BI Publisher RTF. Almost done, but a lack of requirement...
  I should be able to include a dynamic image (so each 'object' on the report has its own image).
  Initially, I integrated the image base64 converted in the XML output, but then I'm running in the 32 K limit. (Small images make it very well).
  Although Marc Sewtz kind of promised in June 2008 (!): "a problem that we will address in the next version of Application Express, is the limit of 32 k on columns of the report." on his blogpost http://marcsewtz.blogspot.com/2008/06/one-question-about-pdf-printing-feature.html, it still not addressed.
  
  So I tried to embed the image in the report using a trick described on the forum (and the documentation of BEEP), incorporating a dummy image and then assign the 'Alt text' image
  (for example): url: {'http://www.oracleimg.com/us/assets/oralogo-small.gif'}.
  The strange thing is, that works very well for the release of HTML and Excel output, but not for Word and PDF (why it doesn't work for Excel and Word is very mysterious...). And of course I need a PDF output.
  
  I also tried to incorporate an excerpt from FO:

  I use jdev11G Version 11.1.1.4.0 and ADF Jésus BC.
  
  in my page, there is an af:outputText and an af:image. I want to build the screen like this: after the rendered page, if the af: outputText is null, then the image loaded with "pending" icon; If it is not null, then the image loaded with the icon 'done '.

  The value for you image source property can be a conditional EL something like:

• Names of dynamic MovieClip (Loader)

  I have a table of data that I use to create labels and vignettes.  I use "Loader" to load the thumbnails (code example below), but what I was asking, that's how I can make the name of the dynamic loader to ensure that every child is named "image1, image2,...» ».  I tried to add '[i]' after 'image' for each item in the code, but he complained a semicolon missing before left hook.

  I saw an example for the MovieClip who would say that that's exactly what I want to do, but it does not work for charger (and I don't know if it works at all).  In the example that I saw, that the last line in the above code would be:

  Also, if I can't do the names of the dynamic backhoe, how could I add event listeners to each of the thumbnails so that when a user clicks on it runs the code that is specific to this particular image (for example, to open a large version of it).  Usually you have Auditors related to the names of the children, but if you have 10 children named 'image' then that makes it a little difficult.

  image. Name = i;  It is more useful than the name you were using

  image. Load (target_image);

  You can do more things with the above, but this can sometimes be annoying.

  And you will see the same thing in IE, but FF, the images are not displayed. I built the two villages of the same way, using the same connection to the DB even. Can someone identify what could be stopping the images showing in FF?
  FYI - I tested it in beta IE 5, 6 and even 7 and all very well. This seems to be the only FF page has problems with.

  As happens so often, Internet explore is catch invalid code.
  Firefox is less forgiving. Just take a look at the source code:

  SRC="\images\thumbs\extremecv.gif".

  The slashes in the path of the image are backwards.
