• Effects of lightsaber using the dynamic link with Premiere pro and After Effects CS4

  Hi all

  I'm working on a video project and that you want to add a lightsaber effect, but a layer which is suppose to be transparent isn't using dynamic links.

  I shot the video in my head, and everything else hidden.  I made a flash body to put my head on.  Now I know how to make a lightsaber in After Effects CS4. (starting with comp 1 with videos making a white solid layer, and then using the tool pen to make the sword.  Then copy the sequences video and place it in comp 2.  Then to return to comp 1 and remove the video sequences. then on comp 1 making a SOLID BLACK LAYER {that's the problem} and place it under the layer of white.  Then duplicate the white layer 3 times.  Changing each feather white layer mask to make the glow.  so going to comp 2 and take the 1 model and her nest to model 2...  Then change the blending mode of the model nested 1 to the screen.

  The main timeline in Premiere Pro CS4 and I have the video layer 1 to Photoshop file which is pink and the background of this project.  I made a dynamic link to After Effects and copied and pasted the video images and flash to the comp.  Here, I made the lightsaber.

  That is the problem.  The model of dynamic links with video, flash and the lightsaber will not show my pink background in Premiere Pro shows him my video, flash and lightsaber but the background is black.  In case of problems, I noticed if I turn off the LAYER BLACK for the lightsaber effect, I see my pink background with video and flash sequences and the glow of sabre, but my blue lightsaber color will not appear.

  P. S. - one-way I kinda had this work was I took one of the masks of white and copied and pasted layers in nested layer comp 1.  Adjusted to the width of the mask and the pen and I got a glow of blue ok.  You just can't mask width too because it shows a lot of black.  It is not as good as I want and I hope someone can help...

  Well, blend modes don't create transparency, so the behavior is correct - because technically, the background of the model is ignored for the mix of operations, in areas where there are no content below for the mix, only the layer of black color is used.   Hello.  I'm using Adobe CS4.  I created a dynamic link between After Effects and Premiere Pro.  I have several files audio in my effects after composition, all positioned in approximately the right place in the timeline panel.  Can I still access each of these audio clips in Premiere Pro or first made a composite audio file of all the clips in After Effects?

  Dynamic Link allows you to import an AE comp in the body, the imported clip is a composite - video and audio. Even if there is no sound in an imported model, Dynamic Link will create an audio track empty - one of the oddities of the DL. Therefore, you have no direct access to individual elements of video or audio clips used in the model of EI, when placed in a timeline of the organization.

  However, you can easily copy elements of film - in your case, audio - editing of your AE comp and paste it into a timeline of the Organization, as described here. I assume you have an animation timed to your audio tracks and want to preserve this - no problem. Just copy the audio clips of the AE timeline, position the CTI in the same relative position in the body and paste. Your audio clips will be placed in as many tracks that are needed (depending on duplication) and you will have access to each individual audio clip in the timeline of the organization.

I used the 'Film & Video' preset in PS5 do a standard HD x 1080px 1440 image format; who looks the same in AE5. My problem is in the PS5 size "Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction" is the size I want the universal size to be. Its a more elongated version that looks better to me, but works well with HD monitors (as this DVD will play on a computer 17 "laptop).

  I love my monitors that are be 1920 x 1080. For editing, etc., it does not matter. Size to see all the controls, etc. is nice. The important part is keeping the proportions. Again, first, After Effects do default. When you preview material outside these programs, especially HD, some players (things of sense as Windows Media Player, Quicktime, VLC media player, etc), won't get the proportions provided, particularly when you assign to the 'full screen '. They are likely to play your movie to the size of the screen, and it will depend on what is perhaps the "native resolution" of the screen. Look for the settings of these programs which retains the proportions.

• Accidentally deleted a dynamic link library (DLL) file and the need to replace one possibly other system files - what is the best method?

  I did a system restore to a point before that my main user account has been established.  I had to set up a new user, and then it was suggested that to copy all the data of the user "existing" to the newly created user.  When I did this it's not well at all and some DLL files have been corrupted or deleted or not connecting correctly to the user of your choice.  I actually then did a restore of the system to the last restore point.  However, given that SR does not change the data, I was stuck with the wrong DLL and other system files.  I thought I had stupid test because I had backed up data.  I tried to restore to an earlier point (using Windows backup and restore).  Unfortunately the restore will not work and I get the following error: "a systematic failure of the initialization of the Dynamic Link Library (DLL).  I need to repair or replace the corrupt to get the system back and then protected files again.  I'd appreciate any help!

  I need to change a new episode of a show from a previous project. I duplicated time a project of creation and the legacy that is connected via the dynamic link, so I could use as a template. When I opened the first, it's reading the dynamic links of the previous AE project and not double. How can I change my project first double bed from the duplicate project ae?

  Please forgive me if I don't entirely understand the question. Looks like you need to replace the AE models original with the models AE AE duplicate would replace you a video clip in the same way.

  If EI is editable text patterns and the basic graphics are the same, you should not change anything

• Dynamic links between the first and truly dynamic hearing?

  I am familiar with the function of dynamic link Premiere and After Effects. If I send a clip to EI and edit it, it will update in my first order.   For a little more information, see two posts from CharlesVW in this thread of 2015.2 hearing .  As Steve says, the full dynamic linking is a work in progress, but the feature improves with each version.  However, for things to work correctly, it is important to have corresponding versions of the hearing, first Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.  Unfortunately, it's not as simple as the numbers - the last hearing is 2015.2, last Premiere Pro is 2015.3 and I think later SOUL is also 2015.3.

  Woks only dynamic as link between versions. Then PR CS6 to EN CS6. There is no dynamic relationship between PR CC and EN CS6.

  I do some tests on the creation of DVD / Blu - Ray cs6 yet. My video editions are done in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.

  Looks like I have 2 ways to send the contents of Premiere Pro in again.

  (1) I can put all my editions in Premiere Pro, then export the entire timeline to a DVD MPEG-2 or MPEG-2 BLU - Ray, then start again a new project and import the video file as a timeline.

  (2) I can finish my editions in Premiere Pro, and then use the Adobe Dynamic Link > Send to options yet. So it is not necessary to export files, because the transcoding task is the task of a reminder.

  It is: no benefit from the use of way 1 or 2? Think of the speed to finish the job, is better than the other?

  When you do Standard Def on a DVD, I used dynamic links, and it worked fine. But when you use source HD still one) does not support downrezzing for the DVD well and b) many users found issues dynamic linking for Blu - ray.

  The Most trouble free options are a) export of PR/SOUL as mpeg2-DVD to DVD and Blu - ray Blu - Ray H.264 and b) separate projects (with separate menus, properly size) for DVD and Blu - ray.

  I know that I have some problems with my dynamic action. First of all, the pl/sql is not yet recognize the values that I enter the fields in item on page 20.
