Dynamically fill dDocAuthor when Committing WebCenter content Capture 11 g
Hi all
I use WebCenter content 11.1.1.8.0 and here I followed the document Doc-ID 1932842.1 to dynamically fill the dDocAuthor and after that, I am able to document capture and ucm webcenter content server logging, but after that when I'm trying to checkin document Imaging application from a capture or imaging console I start getting the error repository.

so I followed the below steps and always faced with the question of archiving of the document currently anyone profile will work in Check imaging applications or the Checkin Standard profile.
I created 2 workspace for the UCM posting profile and one for profile commit Imaging
- 1. for the validation of the University Complutense of MADRID.
- a. I created a field xAuth UCM and mappped this xAuth docAuthor Capture field in the posting profile
- b. then created a rule in the AAU to set the value derived from xAuth capture went from dDocAuthor to the Complutense University of MADRID.
- c. therefore, whenever I am trying to capture recording, the document is downloaded successfully
- 2 but for Imaging.
- a: I created a xAuthor field in Imaging and that mapped to docAuthor capture field in the posting profile
- b. but there is no derived rule created in the Complutense University of MADRID for this to give the value of the xAuthor of imaging field to the field dDocAuthor of the Complutense University of MADRID
- d. therefore, whenever I try to download the content from imagery, there is no value passed to dDocAuthor to the Complutense University of MADRID due to no rules created for it and that's why he takes the xAuth value which is actually zero.
Here I am facing problem because the field of Imaging is not get mapped to the field dDocAuthor UCM and vice versa.
If I use the derivative rule value as:
< $dprDerivedValue = # active.xIPM_APP_1_19$ >
I am able to record the document by using of capture and imaging posting profile console for Application of imaging; but unable to consignment to the standard profile of consignment of the Complutense University of MADRID document.
Here I make no doubt that the condition is not properly evaluating of that I am unable to record of the document to help commit view profile capture and Imaging console application Imaging.
derived rule current value:
< # $if like '% IPM_' active.dDocName $>
< $dprDerivedValue = # active.xIPM_APP_1_19$ >
< $else$ >
< $dprDerivedValue = # active.xAuth$ >
< $endif$ >
so please help me with good condition so that I can record the document using the two profile.
Thank you
Sanjeev
Hey Jiri,
Thank you for providing the idea for the creation of global everything how I created a global rule only, but due to an error, it was not assess the State and I am faced with the question, but now my problem solved using the slot provided.
<$if #active.xauth="" $="">
<$dprDerivedValue=#active.xAuth$>
<$else$>
<$dprDerivedValue=#active.xIPM_APP_1_19$>

My footer will not dynamically move when you add content to the body.
I built a model with my envelope header and footer protected as unchangeable. I applied the template to all pages except the index.html page. When I add content in the content body inside a div box there will be blood in the area of the film instead of pushing down. So my menu wrap and footer must move down that I dynamically add content. How can I solve this problem?
I understand that if I use a regular div tag and not an APdiv tag, I added the content it will then push the footer down. Sorry I am new to Dreamweaver.

To my UCM_Server1 content WebCenter.
As I already have a WebCenter content I have to follow the second part of the note
How to install and configure the UI content with WebCenter content 11.1.1.8.0 and 11.1.1.9.0 (Doc ID 1618305.1).
Install and configure content WebCenter ADF WebUI against WebCenter Content Server
Step 1) install the MDS schema
(Step 2), install the Weblogic Server
11 GR 1 material step 3) DOWNLOAD and install Oracle Application Development Framework (11.1.1.6.0) in the new WebUI WLS Middleware House, found here
Step 4) Download and apply Patch 16, 546 129.
Step 5) Download and apply Patch 16, 546 157.
Step 6) download and apply the Patch and then 19,469,801, 18,102,108 Patch
Step 7) copy the wccadf files in the field of user interface
Step 8) Oracle on demand services (MDS) metadata registry
Step 9) Place the WebCenter content domain user interface model
Step 10) run the Setup Wizard on the new home of Middleware WebUI to create the new domain
Step 11) updated the Oracle ADF of shared libraries
Step 12) start the domain WebUI administration server
Step 13) Save target Managed Server with the MDS repository and create the metadata partition
Step 14) start the server managed WebUI.
Step 15) associate UI WebCenter content to Content Server.
Step 16) reboot the WebUI ADF server managed.
Step 17 access the WebUI
Step 18) complete the Configuration of the workflow
Step 19) apply the latest Patch Bundle content UI of WebCenter
MY DOUBT IS:
To read the steps that I understood, to 19, with success, in the end, I will have an another WebLogic with a domain name and its respective EM.
I have two servers weblogic?
portal_domain (explained above) and a new wccui_domain wls and domain.
This fix it?
Two WLS to keep WebCenter portal and content, and other elements.
Because I'm not able to do with the WLS even where I UCM_server1 today?
Thanks for all suggestions and criticism.

Yes, up to 11.1.1.9.0, you will need to install a new wls House (new wls server admin) and then configure WCC ui there. User interface and COE will not work in the same field. You can have the portal and content under the same House of wls and install a new one for the user interface.
This is due to a problem with ADF and WCC libraries.
With 12 c, this dependence is not there, and you can install / configure all 3 (Portal, content and adf ui) applications on the same domain.

Error IBR with Webcenter content cluster
Hi all.
I am using oracle webcenter content 11.1.1.6.
When I configure single IBR with content unique webcenter work but error with webcenter content cluster.
It generate the image but image not found link and nolog access. I don't know why.
Thank you all.
Hoan
I solved my problem. Just change the file format of ImageThumbnail to the design of digital media. It's in my tie.
But I want to configure failover for the BOVINE infectious rhinotraecheitis servers managed
I read the note 1209496.1.
I tested 2 ibr managed server may not run on a machine.
Following this remark ibr cannot cluter-active but may switch.
UCM_server can configure the cluster. After that UCM_server can configure provider with IBR 2 managed servers in 2 machines.
If IBR first managed down, UCM server can connect to the second server managed IBR to work.
Am I right?

Can I use IBM HTTP Server as Proxy for WebCenter content?
When I worked in development, I used Apache 2.2 as a Proxy for WebCenter content.
I would use the WebLogic Server plugin 'mod_wl_22.so' in Apache to redirect the request of WebLogic.
In Production, I need to use IBM HTTP Server (IHS) as a proxy.
I couldn't find any plugin WLS for IBM HTTP Server.
When I looked at the note of support Doc-ID 1111903.1 , it does not included of IHS in the list.
This means that IHS is not supported as a proxy for WebCener content?
If not, can someone tell me where I could download the plugin, please?
I tried to use the same configurations for Apache 2.2 to the IHS.
Startup is fine, which means that IHS could load the module 'mod_wl_22.so '.
But I got error 403 for the connection.
I couldn't see any access connected the WLS, so I guess that the connection failed introduce to the IHS.
Any suggestion, please?
If you want to use for the work of pure http proxy that I don't see why it wouldn't work. However, I didn't a study on this specific topic. However, you may need to do more things manually in the configuration box, and it cannot be officially supported. The unsupported part is often a point where I suggest you use another product that is supported.
Kind regards
Johan.

Oracle WebCenter content ensures detection of sensitive documents?
Was trying to read the volumes of documents in Oracle Universal Content Management - Oracle Application Server Documentation to understand how WebCenter content.
(1) If this tool provides detection sensitive documents and data masking for sensitive unstructured documents in the same environment where the WebCenter content is installed. I ask like Symantec DLP offer feature (reference: http://eval.symantec.com/mktginfo/enterprise/white_papers/b-dlp_machine_learning.WP_en-us.pdf)
(2) I read through white papers and found that:
Original / native files are stored in a specified directory 'Vault'.
Displayable Web files are stored in a specified directory 'weblayout.
one) so in the environment installed, which is the full path of the directory Vault ? (i.e. /home / < User1 > / disastroust)
(b) also for each user by using the content server, they have their shared documents stored in the same directory of vault or sa is distinct for each user viz /home / < User1 > / vault, /home / < User1 > / vault?
Thanks for your suggestion!
In theory, you could achieve this, but not with WCC single.
WCC provides the classification of an article (e.g. Security or security group classified in records management).
The next step would expose FileStoreProvider to consider the establishment of security in the actual physical storage (it's the piece on the vault, Weblayout, etc.). Visit this link FileStore provider with URM tutorial for more details.
Finally, you need a repository capable of masking. Database and file systems have these abilities, but they are usually transparent to the upper layers - i.e. a document hidden in the data base is of encrypted when an authorized user with the read permission to the WCC asks for it.
You; d consider if default security model is suitable for your needs - for example if you want to search for a document, but turn off the display of the content, it might be impossible. Oracle had a product called Information Rights Management, which could also encrypt documents.

Get the value based on the column names for the custom of the Webcenter content metadata field
University Complutense of MADRID, I created a custom text metadata field. I then activated optlist this area. I fill the optList values, I use a view. The view has three columns. Let us call their ID, Key, Value. OptList shows keys in its list. I then create content (Content ID: MyContent) Webcenter content and choose the OptList values for my new field of metadata (MyField).
WebCenter portal, I'm filling a selectOneChoice with MyField values in the content ID: MyContent. Remember the previous step, the values entered in selectOneChoice lists them selected values from the field MyField optList. The optList is filled from view. After the user selects a value in selectOneChoice, in Javascript, I need to alert a message in this format "selected value - matching value from the view of the optList that fills MyField.
In my opinion, only an example will be useful:
This is a view that I created in Configuration Manager applet in Webcenter content Admin cmdlets :
ID | State | Capital
1. North Carolina | Raleigh
2. California | Sacramento
3. Illinois | Chicago
Then I create a custom field (name: MyField). MyField is an optList values are filled with view created above. Internal value and the display value are the two State. Then I have a new content with Content Id Check-In: MyContent. To MyContent, I select these values in OptList MyField: {North Carolina, Illinois}.
In my portal Webcenter application, I create a Taskflow presenter content. I have set up as single content item presenter. I attribute as content ID MyContent. Then, in templateView, I get all the values of MyField in MyContent and display as selectOneChoice. I created a javascript function that would get the value that the user selected in selectOneChoice. In the view created in the Webcenter content Configuration Manager (see above), there is a value corresponding to each displayed value. So, for the selected value, I need to get the corresponding Capital and display in my alert message.
Starting from Javascript, how can I get the value of the Capital, since I have the status value.
Hello.
The idea to reach your requirement is planned:
- Create an Assistant manage bean that will appeal as access map: #{stateUtil ['Calofironia']} (it will return Raleigh). This value will get calling GET_SCHEMA_VIEW_VALUES IDC service using RIDC in your managed bean.
- Pass the result of #{stateUtil ["statename"]} to your JavaScript function to help
I hope this information help you.
Kind regards

Dynamically fill a dashboard Panel in a Fragment
I work with a custom in a fragment (jsff) Panel dashboard. The user can customize the dashboard (re - order of the Panel boxes, set the number of columns, add/remove Panel boxes, etc.) and our goal is to persist these customizations so that they are available in different sessions. To do this, I created several tables of data base for these customizations and they linked to the table user. When the user opens the application, the fragment of dashboard is the first fragment to display. I load the information of the database, and then build the dashboard Panel. The dashboard starts with a static Panel box set (as seen in main_dashboard.jsff below), then based on the data, I have re - order and boxes rendered set equal to false for the deleted user Panel.
My problem is that I have to do before the page is rendered. To do this, call the method of customization of the constructor of my grain of support. The RichPanelDashboard I bind the user interface component for is not yet available. I tried several things that didn't work, including:
-Added @PostConstruct to my customization method annotation.
-By taking the root of the view component: RichPanelDashboard mainDashboard = (RichPanelDashboard) .getViewRoot () .findComponent () FacesContext.getCurrentInstance ("mainDash");
-Adding an event 'preRenderComponent' to the page: < f: event type = "preRenderComponent" listener = "#{main_dashboard.setupCustomDashboard}" / > (after a search on the web, it seems that the tag f: event is not supported in the Fragments of the ADF).
I encountered this problem in the past with the different user interface components. In particular, I had to fill a SelectOneListBox before the page is rendered. I solved the problem by adding a child < f: selectItems > to < af:selectOneListBox > and the value of this tag to a list of SelectItems in my grain of support and populate this list on instantiation of the bean. Is there a similar option for a dashboard Panel and a list of the Panel boxes? The idea of using a < af:forEach > tag had crossed my mind to fill the dashboard Panel with Panel boxes, but as you can see in my code below, I already use to dynamically fill the first group with < af:forEach > command links box. Unless there is a way to dynamically fill a dashboard Panel with Panel boxes dynamically populated in the fragment, I don't think that the for each approach will work (it does not appear as a way to dynamically fill boxes of Panel with the user interface components in the bean to support either).
Example of code is below. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

< af:panelDashboard id = "mainDash" columns = "2" rowHeight = "250px" styleClass = "AFStretchWidth" inlineStyle = "height: 1000px;

Hello
I actually fill my panelDashboard with a forEach on a dashboard item list.
Binding = "#{pageFlowScope.myDashboard.dashboard} '"
dropListener = "#{pageFlowScope.myDashboard.move}" > "
var = 'panels' >
background ID = "${panels.ID}" = "medium" showDisclosure = "false" > "
ID = "r2" / >
All my panels is rendered as regions that is dynamically filled with workflow single page that are related to the page that contains the dashboard.
My DashboardItem class creates the binding workflow RegionModel
public RegionModel getRegionTaskflow() {}
String regionBinding = "#{bindings." + taskflow + ".regionModel";}
Model RegionModel = (RegionModel) JSFUtils.resolveExpression (regionBinding);
return the template;
}
I don't know if it's a good practice, but it works.
Hope that helps,
Achim

File based with webcenter content repository
We want to implement a content management solution using webcenter. We are very well for our content in the file system, as we do not want to buy a separate license for the AAU.
(My assumption is that we have to separate license for Complutense University of MADRID. (Right?)
When I drag and drop a file (html, word-doc) etc I see no connection to jspx site content repository, presenter content option. I think its because I am using the file according to the content repository. How should view us the repository then jspx on page file-based content.
What are the other limitations with file based repository of content?
Thank you
SanjeevIn fact, when you purchase a license for WebCenter portal, you use limited to Webcenter content as well. This means that you can use the WebCenter content to store your content as long as access you it via the portal WebCenter. If you don't need to purchase additional licenses, and you can use WebCente content as your repository!
This way you can make good use of the presenter content. -
Can I create a book, whose pages are dynamically filled with text, images?
Can I create a book, whose pages are dynamically filled with text, photos, videos?
And then want to give these pages a curl effect when activated. Pls. note I want to build these pages on the fly.
If it is possible, what are the possible technologies that I can use?
See you soon,.
Samantray
Flash can read data from several sources (XML files, text files, on the web, on-site, etc.) and you can use these data to populate your address dynamically. He can do the same thing with the pictures and any other active flash can use (images, video, etc).
The effect of curvature of page can be done in different ways. Just google for flash page flip effect and tons of resources and tutorials will appear laboriously explaining how to do it.

How to record a fixed time of dynamic data interval when acquiring continues?
Hi, maybe someone has an idea how to solve this problem:
I do the continuous acquisition of dynamic data and when I see something interesting, I would like to save some data (i.e. the last 90 seconds). I guess the first step is written data in a table? I can set up the table so that it always contains just the last N seconds (or last N points, discard the rest as the measure of the loin) so I can then save this data, for example by pressing a button (possibly without stopping the .vi, or maybe just a break it.) This last step is not necessary)?
Thanks for all the suggestions!
Hi Tomaz79,
You can generate as a black box on an airplane. You can initialize an array with the size of your 90 s write all data in this table by crushing at the specified index. With Quotient & rest, you will get the correct index for the next value. If you find your compelling value, you can be sure you'll get the last dry 90.

I get an "invalid pointer" error message when I try to capture video from my sony camera?
I use a Sony DCR-TRV250, Windows XP Pro with SP3. When I try to capture video I get the error message "invalid pointer". Then after clicking OK I get, ' the unusable device at this time because there was an error when starting the device.» The video capture device window is open behind this error message.
Everything works fine on other computers, so I think I am missing a file any. Is there a way to update or reinstall Movie Maker?
Hi LonJett,
· Have you checked if there is any software updated the same?
Log on to the Sony website and download the latest version of the software for the camera. Uninstall the existing software\driver and install the last downloaded software\driver and check for the issue.
