  I tried to write a procedure to http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.com.au/2013/03/importing-csv-files.html some time ago here. but the thing is if you change the columns in the CSV file in a spreadsheet, first match that Thunderbird expected (both in name and order), then you don't need to play with this terrible UI that aligns with the name of the field name of the field.

  The best way I found was in the SAP. Go to the icon on the printer wireless and get the ip address of the printer. Do IP in the address bar of your web browser and you will get a page of the printer settings. On the left you should see out e-mail profiles, once you click you should get address book on the left.

  The phone has always been able to download to our system of cars, no one we told as prior post States, a message appears, only if you look behind the pairing from your phone with your car by pulling down the drop down menu and answer with a Yes.  I just finished the match with a Mercedes, a Porsche and a system of Kenwood in a Lambo.  Thanks for the post, Verizon and Google should be embarrassed they did not get out this info to its customers.
