  I was wondering if someone can help me with this request.

  I downloaded the new Windows Live Messenger 2011, but I get this error message whenever I'm trying to connect.

  I try to uninstall & reinstall the program a few times but this error keeps coming back.

  Immediately after the installation of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419) through Windows Update on my Vista 32 system, Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate invites to enter the license key code and starts the installation.  The normal template is gone/modified so that all the options of the program are returned to default original.  I saw this happen at two other PC's today so I know that this isn't an isolated incident.  Is asked for license key code in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.  If I don't give the key code, a screen repsonds that installation has been cancelled; However, all the custom settings for the program were still missing.
