E-mail TMSXE 3.1 templates

I just upgraded from TMSXE 3.0 3.1.  This was due to the incompatibility between the e-mail templates - we wanted people to get the same notifications if they were reserved by TMS or via outlook and the release notes said:

"New templates of notification TMS Cisco Cisco TMSXE uses only Cisco TMS-generated e-mail patterns, insert its own notifications and error messages when necessary. Users will now get the consistent booking confirmations and notifications of events regardless of the booking client they use. »

However, what I found is that TMSXE uses HTML despite the TMS booking model that is configured to use plain text under mail settings, so that the guest is still not in conformity.  Unfortunately, a small subset of users who will receive these notifications cannot view HTML emails, so why we use plain text.

Is this expected behavior, a misconfiguration or a bug?

TMSXE use the e-mail templates available in TMS, and yes of TMS 14.2 I noticed that it uses the html template,

You can customize with respective html template in TMS and changes should occur on the same.

    No, we don't mean different things

    Yet once, the link I sent you on page 161 discusses the information on the conferences tab... once again nothing to do with the driver... it is a completely separate paragraph talking about the information on the conferences tab.

    And it is information that is in this tab that fills the part of the agenda of the guest booking message... which means that if you just create a test Conference Conference directly in TMS and put some information in this tab, which is the e-mail message, lecture notes... you'll see that information in the e-mail invitation to booking.

    Unfortunately, this is not something that you can from Outlook.

    And to slightly correct me of I said earlier where come the confirmations by e-mail, TMSXE sends the mails, BUT the information comes from TMS. And as in this case, 'agenda' information that is in the e-mail comes from the information on the conferences tab.

  • Application of PagePlus crashes during mail merge

    I use a DTP Serif PagePlus program for several years on my old XP system but have in Jan 09 a new computer with Vista. PagePlus X 4 is the latest version that I've updated on 09 Nov. No problem initially but now when I use the mail on my label templates and print it it will not display the total number of pages. I tried again today and it does not print anything on mail merge. I have printed other documents about this program without problem, but may not use the mail merge. Here are the details of the error message:

  • change the default sender - e-mail notifications email

    I implement notifications by electronic mail with the standard templates (11gr2ps2) IOM. I have configured the Email IT Server resource and emails are sent to "[email protected]" and I read in one of the previous discussions that it's standard email address.

    Is there a way I can change the address of the sender that I want? or I have to write an e-mail customized for this program. I use locale model, so it would be easier if I just change the address of the sender, otherwise I'll write a custom program.

    In the e-mail POP accounts, the 'Template' folder is automatically created when you create and save a model email.

    Click on "write".
    type the content of an email from model.
    by 'Composition Toolbar '.
    Click on the button 'Save' set and select "Template".
    OR
    "Menu Bar".
    "File" > "save under" > "Template".

    I have to get permission before I submit code to the explosion of e-mail.

    I built a page of e-mail by using a template. I can get a preview in a browser, but when I go to print in pdf format, not all elements come through.

    Is there a way I can save and send to the company for approval?

    This is not too surprising.  E-mail templates are not like real web pages.  If you have used a model of MailChimp or iContact for example, it is mainly a nested table with images hosted on your web server.

    If you have a publicly accessible Internet server space, you could download the page on your server and send business the URL of your page online.

    Or take a screenshot of your web browser (screen printing) and send company a jpg.

  • Create templates to use in Windows Mail?

    Is it possible to create a template to use in Windows Mail?  There are sentences or paragraphs that I use frequently in the correspondence, and thought there must be a better way to insert.  That I never used templates or created them. It was just a good idea.

    Still using the same three paragraphs, or sometimes one or two?

    If all three, you can simply type in the text of fees between paragraphs in the model.

    Another option is to save the paragraphs separately.

    Create a folder in My Documents, perhaps.

    Open a mew message window and type in the text of paragraph 1. File | Save as and save it as a .txt file to the folder that you created.

    Repeat for the other paragraphs, giving them separate names.

    When you open a new message window, and you want to use one of the paragraphs, place the cursor where you want to and then: Insert | The text of the file. Navigate to the folder and double-click on the name of the registered paragraph you want and it will be inserted.

  • How to make a template for windows mail as outlook express?

    Hi, when you use outlook express we had models that we could use to send emails. Unfortunately, we don't seem to have this option with windows live mail. We would really like to have this option because it looks good, when sending emails. Can someone please help us refocus on windows live mail. Thanks much :(

    Outlook Express is not a model option. Perhaps mean you MS Outlook?
     
    If you want an e-mail with a standard text and may be recipients, create it in WLMail. When you are finished, click on the Menu button. Save as file and save it as a desktop .eml file. If you wish, you can drag the icon in the taskbar for easy access.
     
    When you want to use this template, simply click on the envelope icon that was created and WLMail will open with your saved information. Add the extras and then send it.
     
  • TMS 14.5 - E-mail templates: rebook invite - HTML

    We use the TMS 14.5 with VCSC and VCSE and have telepresence Jabber which is synchronized with our Active Directory. When I book a meeting e-mail invitation will show me endpoints participating in the meeting under the "our locations" sections but it does not display the names of users of Jabber of AD. Does anyone know how can I go about changing the email template or the TMS configuration to enable this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Video Jabber participants are not considered as places, locations are telepresence systems that are added to the MSDS.  The thought is a place where a person can go and participate with others in a room with an endpoint of telepresence, not a personal office such as Jabber video endpoint.

    See tms-confirmation-email-doesn't-show-all-endpointslocations on how you can make all participants appear in the invite of booking by using the below variables instead of those currently used to provide locations.

    Repeated for each participant (end point) regular, grouped by name.

    I am trying to create a standard email template that can be used to send emails from Oracle soa as a result of the help of ums adapter activity or by e-mail.

    As if I get IN. info, I should fill in the data of PO in the email with headers, the headers and footers. For even if I get the XML invoice I should use same template to generate the e-mail of the sample.

    Is it possible in soa or is this the right way to go?

    Hi Im playing with emails for the moment and started learning the Foundation for email until I had seen the new email templates in DW to update. My question is what are the differences between models of fluid, hybrid and reactive Email in DW I found any info about it. Also am I better just stick with something like Foundation for email or using new models of DW? Thanks, Luke

    In my opinion, you use what works best in the circumstances. It is important that the message appears to the end user the most pleasant way. It is the code that works for all customers, on mobile phones, on big screens and everything in between. The four e-mail templates adhere to this principle. Personally, I'd probably go for a customized version of the Email-fluid model, modified/adapted to my situation.

    On the top of my head, you should be able to create models of mail to the muse, BUT he will know very basic html/css on your part. I guess you have just signed?

    Create the design you want on a single page, don't do any kind of style in a master page. Then export the site in a folder. Open the file html with notepad / textedit and then copy just the code for the model. Throw in you choice mail app and it should work.

    This looks like something we could do much more quickly in dreamweaver in design mode.

    Please NOTE: ^ I'm wrong completely - but in theory this may work.

    Just upgraded my CB subscription allow me to send email campaigns.  I played with the new features that came with my (webMarketing) upgrade. The proposed models are nice and I would like to find a way to change them.

    For example, how can I change the background color of the newsletter?  How can I change the size of an image?

    I guess that people read this and automatically know that I don't know coding site - so maybe that my question should be: what I need to know HTML coding to modify/create a newsletter?  I guess I thought I could do a newsletter as I did my Muse site - with a flexibility of design and Visual simplicity without having to know the code.  Am I wrong in thinking this?

    Maybe I don't understand the Modules 'Toolbox '.  Also, I keep the light as "page templates" can be found under the tab "Website manager" and I don't have that available, it's because of my membership level?

    Help, please! I watched several videos online and can't go very far.  I have access to Dreamweaver if that helps.

    PL file context of search requests (/appl/admin/.xml) to see if you can find the value "changeOnJavaMailerInstall". If so, edit the file and change the value to everything you need, and then run autoconfig and bounce application services.

  • Is it possible to create templates of e-mail using Muse?

    I used Constant Contact and same MailChimp to create emails and honestly they are so glitchy and difficult to work.  MailChimp is a little better but not by much.  I think that I'm so used to create things with Muse.  In Muse, it's like, I have a vision of what I want, and then he materializes with all the tools at my disposal.

    Anyone know if it is possible to create templates of e-mail on muse and then download them in permanent Contact or a Mailchimp?  I know that Muse uses CSS and I know that there are options to download your own model on these sites.

    If this is NOT possible then I think it would be a great feature for Muse to offer.
