• E-mail TMSXE 3.1 templates

  I just upgraded from TMSXE 3.0 3.1.  This was due to the incompatibility between the e-mail templates - we wanted people to get the same notifications if they were reserved by TMS or via outlook and the release notes said:

  "New templates of notification TMS Cisco Cisco TMSXE uses only Cisco TMS-generated e-mail patterns, insert its own notifications and error messages when necessary. Users will now get the consistent booking confirmations and notifications of events regardless of the booking client they use. »

  However, what I found is that TMSXE uses HTML despite the TMS booking model that is configured to use plain text under mail settings, so that the guest is still not in conformity.  Unfortunately, a small subset of users who will receive these notifications cannot view HTML emails, so why we use plain text.

  Is this expected behavior, a misconfiguration or a bug?

  TMSXE use the e-mail templates available in TMS, and yes of TMS 14.2 I noticed that it uses the html template,

  You can customize with respective html template in TMS and changes should occur on the same.

• Mail sending additional copies of emails.

  I am running Version El Capitan 10.11.4.  I use Apple's Mail app every day to send photos from Aperture.  I send through my email Yahoo.ca account.   I did this for about 6 years without problem.  Recently Mail began to send these emails when it is open.  Emails with pictures have been sent several times and now it seems to happen every time I have to use the mail.

  I would like to start with this...

  Startup, (now shift key at startup), run disk utility in Applications > utilities, then highlight your reader, click on repair permissions, restart when done.

  (Secure boot can remain on the gray radian for a long time, let go, he tries to repair the hard drive & clear the caches)

  Then in the menu of mailbox Mail point choose Rebuild.

• Unread mail search folder shows no new message in Outlook

  I tried to do my due diligence before coming here, but none of the solutions worked.  I have Microsoft Outlook 2003.

  Last week, a new email I've had has been appearing in the search folder "unread mail", in addition to appearing in my regular "inbox."

  During the weekend, we have migrated to a new server.  This week, a new emails see the place in my 'box', but they do not appear in the "Unread mail" search folder.

  Now I have several files in my mailbox.  I tried the search folder by choosing a message previously read in one of the folders and by doing a right click on it to "mark as unread".  It appears in the search folder "unread mail".

  So I tried to test it again by selecting a message in my 'box' and right-clicking to "mark as unread".  Although the message becomes boldened in the "Inbox", it still does NOT appear in my search folder "unread mail".

  Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

• Problem with Windows Mail recovered messages

  I have Vista Home Edition with Windows Mail.  After having a problem with my posts a few weeks ago (which is resolved) whenever I open it Windows mail an additional set of vacuum retrieved message folders appear.  I now have dozens of repeated games.  Just delete them in the local file lists only removes them until I have reopen Windows Mail.  Does anyone know how I can delete them?  Please help me.

  There are few options that you might want to try to solve the problem.

  Reset Windows Mail, wait for it to complete the recovery process
  Go to Tools Options-->
  On the Advanced tab, click Maintenance
  Click the clear now button and click Reset
  In addition, check the box where it says compact the database..., give the number 1.
  Close and restart Windows Mail
  Go back and check the option Compact back to about 50 races.

• Where is the "making an icon of the rule" in Windows 7 Live Mail?

  I'm a previous XP - user of Outlook Express and now with my new computer using Windows 7, I did not understand the procedures or the icon to create a rule for e-mail message in Windows Live mail.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

• Meeting by videoconference on TMS portal user - Questions

  We have Cisco TMS 14.6 and we use for planning of video-conference sessions.

  I'm just curious with the other feature when you use the portal user to TMS during the creation of calendar.

  1. under additional settings > Meeting Agenda, if I put something in this what are the expected results? Does show the message on the screen of endpoints that was planned for this specific video conference? What is the purpose of this?

  2. how to PIN meeting? End points automatically composed will be should enter the PIN once the Conference begins? Or it is used to dial in participants only? Please explain.

  3. What about the billing Code? What is the purpose of this service and how we use it?

  MSD sends the invitation to the Conference in person, Conference planning, while the user will transmit this invitation to all those who need it.  E-mail templates are configured by default for you, you can change the different models of e-mail following your needs if you choose to do under administrative tools > Configuration > edit the e-mail templates, refer to the section "Email Templates" in the administration of TMS 14.6 Guide starting on pg 73.

  You can add endpoints CUCM managed in TMS, the admin Guide "adding Unified CM and endpoints registered" starting from the pg 268.  If you aren't able to add endpoints, it would be possible that TMS will have to be updated to support these points of termination.

• How "tipping fees" works for the service paid by COD?

  I try to order a lightning cable using my AppleCare + alternative coverage, but I'm curious to know how "tipping fees" operation since I would like to pay with COD. The site says that there are "additional leave" ¥ 1944, i.e. "fees of no return" ¥ 1800 and tax.

  I was thinking about two possible ways to grant additional leave.

  1. Mail collect "additional leave" as a deposit, and then once Apple receives the damaged cable, Apple pays the "additional leave" by mail
  2. Mail gives me just the cable and if Apple does not receive the damaged cable, then Apple send me a bill for the costs of no return by post

• In preferences - advanced - encryption - view certificates - authorities, the Option 'Delete or distrust' seems to be inoperative (recently hacked).

  I tried the above steps to remove certain certificates looking for suspects after unusual online experiences using WiFi without success. I "removed" a number of different certificates and then selected "ok" only to see them all reappears again and again. Since then has been an event recent hacking, I have also adopted a number of other steps involving our WiFi, computer and e-mail in addition provider the Firefox browser. Any thoughts?

  You cannot delete root of build-in certificates.
  
  You can only remove the bits of the trust to prevent Firefox to use the certificate as the root certificate and that's what Firefox in this case.
  
  You can check that by clicking on the button change.

  To resolve this problem, I first called Comcast because I met the problem when using my different accounts of e-mail in addition to surfing the web. They confirmed that it was not their product Smartzone and referred me to this site for help.

  I also used the manual links in an eventhough previous post, I noted that the KB numbers have been very different, but the initial request/question seemed exactly like mine.

  Windows mail is a program built into Windows Vista, and you will not be able to remove it.

  Can I use the 'rescue' as an 'additional email address"address (as defined above)?

  I do not see a reference to 'save the email addresses' in this article.

  However, an alternate e-mail address is just an email address that they can use to contact you if your iCloud address becomes unusable for some reason any. There is no restriction on how to use it.

  I have two old email addresses I want to remove from my Apple ID: none of them is my main email address. In tha Apple support page on your Apple ID - Apple supported email addresses , section "additional e-mail addresses", I see:

  If you want to remove one of your additional e-mail addresses, click on next to the address.

  But if I go to https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage next to my additional email addresses (ACCESSIBLE to...) I see only one question mark (?), and if I touch the mouse with a pop-up explains that "This is an alias for your Apple ID email address", but no way to delete.

  So, what is the way to remove unwanted email...?
