  My problem got solved only. And here's how...

  Today, I received an unexpected email from PayPal. About 3 weeks ago, I was in contact with the PayPal Service, by mail and by telephone, to solve my problem I had (first post). Unfortunately at this time no one was able to help me, because everything seemed fine. BlackBerry World always told me to check my PayPal account when I was trying to buy an app, but I check and my account as well as the support PayPal says the same thing. So I didn't know what else to do.

  Email of todays says, that there was a failure of the system that caused problems with some accounts, including mine. They are really sorry that they have noticed earlier, but the failure was not visible on the outside. Short, I have read that I check my PayPal account, because that's what I did, but it wasn't because of that failure that the audit has never crossed.

  Immediately after that I received a credit note from PayPal, an amount of 20 Euros and of course my problem is fixed.

  Of course, all this situation took a while and I am really frustrated, but in the end everything worked.

  So, if anyone has the same or a similar problem, get your phone and call PayPal support. There must be something with your account, will they remedy.

  And now, I'm just happy that I can enjoy my BB passport without more problems.

  You can not run applications from the memory card.

  There are the alternatives to back up or save apps to a memory card to be installed at a later date, but applications cannot be installed to and run from the memory card.

  Have no idea what is the reason for which final, but after I wiped all programs (settings-> Options-> Security-> General Settings Options-> wipe Handheld), the problem has been resolved.

  I had this problem for about a month now, whenever I try to access the app store, I get the same error (there was a connection error, shut down blackberry app world). I tried everything to an erasure of data on my phone, to battery pull. I've also updated for BlackBerry 10 most recent operating system. I looked on the Internet and cannot find any solution.   Have you tried your App World when you're connected to WiFi, or vice versa, not connected to Wifi.
