    • The value Photoshop.exe & sniffer.exe in Nvidia Control Panel to use D - GPU
    • Reset the settings of Photoshop by launching with CTRL-ALT-SHIFT

After all, that's what I got:

I'm considering buying a laptop with a 4 GB Nvidia GTX 860 m.   It is not on the list of supported cards, am I able to still use it for Premiere Pro?  I don't know a whole lot of tech, just how to edit.

many video cards are not listed in the list of supported cards, but most work very well. in older versions of adobe software, such as cs6, by default, they cannot only some video cards, but current versions are no longer restricted to some cards. It should make use of this gtx 860 m very well.

  • The NVIDIA geforce gtx 860 m compatible more recent?

is this compatible with the gpu acceleration?

Absolutely, if it has at least 1 GB of video memory dedicated, you will need to help them become available because he is not currently listed in the tested file (cuda_supported_cards.txt) which is in CC 2014.  All you have to do is either remove the file or add to it.  There are several versions of this GPU so performance depends on what you really have.  Some versions have 1152 carrots or some have only 640.  Clock speeds vary and amounts of VRAM also.  If your question cannot be answered without much more details, but in general, I would say that Yes.  I looked at many laptops that everything would work...

    Hello

the GPU you prefer, I'm not a reson for why it's not compatible. Just check with power supply to your turn, if I'm not mistaken, the power supply to your turn would be 500W, if so you are good to go.

  • My nvidia geforce 6200 is compatible with Windows 7?

    Hello

I am considering upgrading my PC from XP to win 7 but can't understand if my card is compatible. It is nvidia geforce 6200 the. Can someone tell me, in other words, if it's compatible Please?

    Thank you

    EM

If the driver is already on the machine and you do an upgrade you won't have a problem.  However, if you do a fresh install, then that is a good question.   In general, I need to download the driver of nvidia geforce from nvidia site (or of the drive by the manufacturer if save you those) and reinstall the driver after the installation.   I don't know why it seems to be shifting for the nvidia driver, but this isn't a great thing.

To update level or fresh install.

Then go to the internet and search for the download of the driver...  For corresponds to the best use of the name of your board when you are looking for... for example my ASUS Board is an M4A785-M so I search google with information thus: "drivers m4a785-m."

The second from the top which brings me to this address: (note that this is an asus dot com, which indicates that it is not a phishing site)

    http://support.ASUS.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&m=M4A785-M&hashedid=ef0qgvMIwOUagAVl

I download and install the driver nvidia using the Manager of devices (from Control Panel)

Access graphics, software update driver cards and then navigate to the folder where you have already downloaded and expanded the drivers from nVidia.

The machine should reboot and come back with higher resolutions, you expect to do with the nVidia Driver.

  • NVIDIA Quadro M4000 is compatible with AE CC?

    Hey guys,.

I wanted to ask you if you know, or someone uses Quadro M4000 with AE CC? Is it compatible? I can't find much info on the internet.

    Thank you!

With the latest versions of AE, you can check a box to "activate the untested cards", and it will work on new classes of NVIDIA cards. No cards for the past years have been tested because the Optix library was updated so that the new map class can work is the only thing the AE team did with the renderer raytraced since its introduction to the CS6. As Dave says, the AE team believes that it is obsolete. Read this: http://motionworks.net/after-effects-3d-future/

  • Pavilion p6257c-b: HP pavilion p6257 c - b is compatible with 750 GTX ti?

Is my HP pavilion p6257 c - b compatible graphics card Zotac GTX 750 ti? If so, what would I need to do to install it. I am looking to update my graphics card worthy games, so please recommend me for my computer parts.

Also, should I upgrade or simply create a new one?

    LegitGamer1017, welcome to the forum.

No, the GTX 750Ti be compatible with the motherboard.  750Ti GTX requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard/Legacy BIOS.  The last video cards that does not need UEFI were 640 gt.

I've built computers for games in the past, but HP has built them unless I can and they work great.  I have a HP Phoenix 860-170VR and I play all the latest series of COD on the highest settings.  I suggest you have a look at it and others built by HP.

  • Dell XPS 9100 compatible with Nvidia GTX 980/970?

All the world either of these new cards video 980/970 series installed in a dell xps 9100? Or whether they will work with the 9100, in particular motherboard/bios original card?

I plan to upgrade my studio xps Dell 9100 (2010 I7 930 12 GB of ram, motherboard Dell 05DN3X Intel X 58 Intel ICH10R) with a new video card in replacement of the Radeon HD 5870. My choice of card is the new Nvidia GTX 970.

The GTX 970 and 980 GTX are based on the new Maxwell Nvidia cards with high specifications on page and good price. While they are not suitable for the power of the XPS 9100 (two GTX cards consume less energy than the 5870), I don't know if my original xps 9100 motherboard (with a bios updated from July 2014 on the site of dell driver) is compatible with the gtx 970. BIOS office 8700 recent Dell was not compatible/created a problem of black screen, and Dell has released a updated Bios updated for the 8700 in December 2014 that apparently works fine now with the 980/970 series. I wouldn't drop the $350 on a video card that didn't work with my 9100

I use the Dell 9100 for video editing (Sony Vegas Pro 13, Hitfilm 3, NewBlue and other programs based GL/CL) works more 3d animation with iclone (who prefer Nvidia). I could probably get another year or two out of it with a newer video card... otherwise I'll put all useful to a construction of the self.

I'd appreciate any comments on it. Maybe Chris from Dell of this forum would know that he shares the fix for dell bios enabled the 980 work with 8700.  Thanks to Chris if he answers or if he can answer my question gtx 970 for me and other 9100 owners.

Just this moment installed a MSI gtx 970 in my 3 1/2 years, xps 9100. Original motherboard. The only thing I've really updated over the years is the memory.

    Processor Intel Core i7-960 @3. 2 GHz (8 MB L2 Cache)
    16 GB OF RAM, DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800
    NVIDIA GeForce (r) GTX 970 4 GB
    Dell XPS 9100 desktop
    Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) SP1

525 Watt POWER supply was more than enough. You must use both the point 6 and point 8 plugs not one or the other. Biggest problem was to find a second source of power. The 6 + 2 plug, but don't think that the other was there. He was and is buried in the middle of a wire harness. A sheet of plain to 6 points. Just enough.

It works like a charm. Not at all of the start-up problems

  • HP Pavilion TV 8070a Media: Nvidia geforce 7500, is not compatible with windows 10

When you try to upgrade to Windows 10 and after preliminary analysis of my system by the Win 10 app, I get a Win 10 error message and can not run the Win 10 update.

"Nvidia geforce 7500 the, the manufacturer of the screen did not your screen compatible with windows 10.

I search the Web for solutions but can not find free driver updates.

I followed your suggestion with a slight variation, and I am now under Win 10.

Before you start, I did a complete picture of the system and backup using my existing Win 7 and created a repair of the system / boot drive.

    My steps were:

    1. download Win 10 from the Microsoft site on a USB key.

    2. I tried to start on the key and do not far in the Win 10 installation routine, when I received a message to restart Windows 7 normally and start the installation of Win 10 since the key.

    3. after a while win 10 started but the screen was skewed and none of the options/settings display gives a suitable display. So you don't have to try to correct the display settings.

4 followed the link for the driver NVIDIA 7500LE W7 32 bit and downloaded the win 7 - 309.08 and installed it.

    5. it resulted in a first-class screen display using the default size of 100% and its good even at 125% (editable via the Advanced display settings.

So everything is good and I thank you all for your help.

PS I did a complete system and docs backup Image and also created a repair of the Win 7 System / Boot disk before you start the above, just in case things went wrong.
