• Photo Story 3 exports don't play well with other servers or video software

  I'm having a time very hard, Photo Story 3 download videos on our video at the request of Kaltura (hyperlink to our system) server.   Make sure that the Windows defender service is running on the computer.

  Set the Windows Defender service on Automatic rather than Manualor disabled . To do this, follow these steps:

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click continue.

  b. double-click the Windows Defender service and then in the Startup type box, click Automatic.

• Getting Windows Defender to work with installed FireAMP

  When I install FireAMP on my windows 8 PC, windows Defender is disabled (as when you install an anti-virus software).  I tried to exclude it from the analysis of FireAMP, but I feel that this is not the problem and that it is a problem of Windows Defender and how she reacts when certain other types of software is installed.

  Editing a group policy:

  Configuration of the computer--> administrative templates-->--> Windows Defender Windows components

  Disable Windows Defender = disabled
  Allow the antimalware service to continue to always run = Enabled

  Remove the current signature file from Windows Defender.
  To do this,

• Poor video quality using windows 7 "play to" with DLNA Sony Bravia KDL-40EX700

  When I use the option "play to" in windows media player 12, everything works but the video streams on tv is of very poor quality!

  Most of the time the video is not yet play full screen. When I first set all and used television to find the video file, it played in the perfect resolution and quality, but now it does not matter if I have the video on the TV or choose play... two ways I get bad video quality.

  There is nothing wrong with the drivers of your graphics card. The TV is one that makes the video file not the graphics card on your PC. The reason you have a bad video quality is the limited support of the multimedia formats that is supported by your TV. Generally, Sony's Bravia TVs have a limited set of media formats supported and for this reason, most of the time that the Play and Win7 will send transcoded versions of the video on television. Usually, the way Play works is the following:

  -Play questions the TV for supported media formats

  -If the TV supports the type of media you're trying to make, the Play sends native data flow to the TV. The quality will be provided by your video file.

  -If the TV does not support the native format, the Win7 also offers versions of the same video file transcoded: MPEG-2 and WMV for versions.

  -Play preffers to make reading possible at any time so he will choose a transcoded version if the native format is not supported. DLNA mandates support for MPEG NTSC or PAL MPEG formats, so this will be the common denominator.

  I tested several Sony's Bravia televisions in the last years of the development of Play, and several times reading transcoded. I guess that this is the case for you as well. Unfortunately, nothing you can do, unless Sony decides to support your media file nativelly. To make things worse, the qulity of the transcoded version depends very much on the quality of native files (win7 transcode in a lower resolution than the native.) It will be not high-end). If the native file is HD content, the resolution of transcoded stream will be pretty good for a TV 40 ". If the stream resolution is SD or smaller than (usually flows that can be downloaded on BitTorrent), resolution transcoded will be less than that.   As a general rule, Windows don't play well with other operating systems installed on a drive, there will be some efforts to preserve the existing installation of RT OS if it is a requirement.  The simplest approach would be to wipe the entire disk, installing Windows and then reinstall LabVIEW RT.

  If you can start from scratch, you must first make sure that the partitioning is correct.  Since you did not purchase this as a Windows / controller dual boot RT initially, you do not have Windows installation media OR, correctly configure the partitions from disk for you.  You will need to do this manually during the installation of Windows.  The best approach is to create two partitions, one for the RT and a Windows.  RT the partition must be the first partition on the disk.  Install Windows on the second partition.  Once Windows is installed, convert the 1st partition to FAT32 using the built in Windows or a 3rd party partitioning tool utilities.  You should now have a system with Windows installed correctly and ready to be fitted to RT.

  Change your SMU-8133 to boot RT using the BIOS Setup menu or hardware DIP switch.  It should boot to safemode RT.  From another host PC, find your target in MAX.

  You can now put your target if you want to switch to the FAT32 file system the system of dependency files.  You can do this through MAX, or by using the utility RT USB key.  See herefor details on this step.

  Warning: Before doing this, ensure a MAXIMUM target shows already the correct amount of disk space for partition 1, you created.  If the RT operating system can see a usable partition (FAT32 or dependency) it will set up only that partition by avoiding to touch the rest of the disc.  If the 1st partition is not used, the formatting process will claim rather all of the disk because no usable partition has been found, and you may lose your Windows installation.

  After that, you can perform the installation of the RT of MAX software as usual.

  If you try to preserve your existing installation, you can try to combine the above process with one of the options available for the creation and restoration of RT disk images, although I am not very familiar with these tools and can not comment or creating an image on a single disk partition and restaurant then a disc multi-partition will be successful.  Here is a good linkto start with which describes the options available.
