  I can see the phone tent to connect through the display of the real-time log in ASDM, so he tries to connect.  I don't know why it fails however.

  My father in another State has lost his iphone, and I try to help him from another State. Needless to say it is not so good with these things.

  the question that I am running is that his phone is displayed in offline mode.

  So what I did is check the box which says HIS GAME and I checked the LOST MODE and put MY PHONE NUMBER on the home screen as well as a note on a "reward".

  Downloaded iTunes for laptop with OS Windows 10.  ITunes is downloaded, but when I tried to sync my I Phone 6 it is not found on the iTunes program.  There was no icon on the top for my phone.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to get your IPhone to sync to ITunes?

  5. Click Browse my computer for driver software
  6. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers or

  7. Click on let me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer
