  You must check the control_management_pack_access parameter. Value by default, this setting is DIAGNOSTIC + TUNING.

• EBS Performance on cloud

  EBS R12.1.3

  RHEL6

  We have migrated our EBS on site server to AWS - EC2 cloud server.

  It's the lowest maintenance cost and total cost of ownership (TCO) on the servers.

  In server on site, we use LAN to access the application. In the clouds, we use internet.

  We noticed that the loading of java forms is slow in the cloud to access LAN servers.

  Is this a normal behavior? Is there a way to speed up the loading of the forms of java like the speed when we use the LAN?

  I don't think you have to hit several times, but it may take longer than expected after a click.

  What is the response time by comparing to what you used to have before?

  You can try to activate tracing forms and collect diagnoses of duration of forms.

  This wlntio.dll is present in "BEA_HOME\wlserver_10.3\server\native\win\32" for 32 bit, but there is no 64-bit version? Also the installation of OSB seems quite present in 32 bits, so is 64-bit not supported or?

  There is a note of support on the generation of 64-bit perf pack for windows 2003. Can you check if this applies to win 2008 as well.

  On the support site:

  Make sure that you have installed the 64 bit version of the wlntio.dll file and that this file is located in the specified path. This file is generated if you install WebLogic using a 64 bit JDK. Please follow these steps:

  Download a generic version of the package install WebLogic 10.3 which is suitable for you.
  Download a 64-bit from Sun or JRockit JDK.
  Install the JDK.
  WebLogic using the 64-bit JDK installation:

  \java-jar

  This will generate the file DLL 64 bit required for native IO on your 64-bit operating system.

  Generic Collection Service OAM is the same as OAM Applications Dashboard Collection

  'Generic Collection OAM service' is a simultaneous Manager while "OAM Applications Dashboard Collection" is a simultaneous program. So, make sure that the former is running.

• Loss of system sounds and the internet, speakers pass test.

  I have seen this issue a couple of times for its complete loss, but only once for my specific problem.  I am running Windows Vista 32 - bit OS with speakers Realtek High Definition Audio on a HP Pavilion Media Center m7760n.  I have run the diagnostics on my speakers and that they work properly.

  Here's my question:

  Lost computer system sounds and flashplayer/internet despite the audio device in place and work properly.  I still have sound when playing Windows Media Player and iTunes, so it doesn't seem like a problem of device or driver, although I did uninstall and reinstall the driver.  I also performed some diagnostics on the speakers and in the test that they did play sounds, but they haven't played the system sounds in the sounds/system folder.  Another strange appearance is the presence of the sound of my PC, an alert tone, I don't remember having heard it before and cannot be bound.  These are the programs that have been installed around the time I lost sound: Windows Update, Package of device driver of network adapters Apple and Serial Bus controller device driver Package universal of Apple, Inc.  This computer has always run Vista, so is not upgrade, and I don't think it's a Service Pack, it could only be that of the update, so I don't know if these answers would really help me.  I searched on Google, CNet, HP and the basis of knowledge of Windows without success.

  I read on one of my research about it being a registry with Flash or a missing codec problem, but it wants me to download K-Lite codec pack which I don't know that I need.

  If this problem started when you downloaded the updates listed in your first post, you tried to remove these updates to see if the problem goes away?  What are the Apple updates that you noted in your post - what kind of Apple devices you have installed?  And what Vista update - what is has been downloaded just before this problem?  Just try to identify what it is a very strange problem with it only affects some sounds, but not all.  I know that some Vista updates can return drivers for Windows by default, crushing the drivers from the manufacturer, so you could check and make sure you have the latest drivers from the manufacturer and not the default Windows drivers.  Also check your templates of sounds in the control panel.  Try selecting different models of sounds to see if any of them will play sounds.  As a first step, you said that the sound works with Media Player and iTunes, but in your last post, you said that it gives you an error when you try to play a CD.  What is the exact error and what program are you trying to use to play the CD?  I know that you do not want to do the system restore, but you may need.

  Here's one thing to try before you perform the restore:
  To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:
  Click Start and type cmd in the box start the search.
  Right click on cmd in the list programs, and then click Run as administrator.
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue
  At the command prompt, type the following line and press ENTER:
  sfc/scannow
  When the analysis is complete, test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved.

  I'm having a problem with the use of the support of the recovery disks. 1st disk works perfectly, 74% in 2nd drive, said copy file fails. Recently, I replaced the HARD drive.  If I change the boot order to CD-ROM first, it will make a difference? Help!

• HP Pavilion notebook15-ab035ax: computer HP Pavilion 15 laptop turns off suddenly on low battery

  I bought my hp laptop Pavilion in India. Now, I live in England. For the last month or two, I have problems with my laptop. Whenever the laptop is on battery power, it does very quickly. It randomly stops (no stops, just turned off with a gut wrenching tinkling of the hard drive) at any time under load of 50%. no notification of low battery or go into hibernation. It can happen in the middle of typing a sentence or you to browse.

  I ran the diagnostic. Software battery check HP first showed a result of "low battery." I was about to order a new battery, when I ran the software once again, who now says "main battery OK.

  It's very confusing, because even if we agree that the battery has developed a problem, I do not understand why the system is not detect low battery or putting the computer to Hibernate, depending on settings. I checked the drivers - updated.

  The laptop is just a year and 3-4 months.

  Should I replace the battery? Or is it a software error in the new upgrade of windows 10?

  Any help will be appreciated.

• Soft recovery error

  I'm upgrading from my hard drive to a larger. I created my discs of recovery without any problem. When I try to use them, the recovery gets through formatting the drive and starts to install the operating system, it gives me the error message "Recovery Manager is unable to restore your computer by using the original image. Please contact HP support. Error code: 0xe0ef0003. I need help to work around this problem. Thank you.

  Were the recovery disks created when you got at the origin of the computer or later.  Llthe disk may be defective or you got a bad image and you'll have to order new.

  If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at this number 1-800-334-5144 and see if you can still get a set of recovery disks.  Is also via the website in the world:

  Suggest that you also perform hardware diagnostics from the BIOS.  There may be a problem with the memory or the new hard drive is defective at first.

  My px6 - 300 d seems to be churning, the hard drive light is darn near all of the time, I know that it is not locked on because only it twinkle from time to time, but not often, and I can feel the vibrating drives furiously. • What is the problem with my iPhone 5?

  My parents bought me recently iPhone 5 s (64 GB) of a person on Craigslist and everything seems to work properly at first, but once I started using it more at home, he started shooting randomly on its own even if the battery percentage was not serious. I didn't think it was a big deal at first because it would still be running again and be normal once I plugged in to a charger. I had the same problem for the last few days, but two nights ago, while my phone load and play music, I accidentally hit my phone on my desk on my carpet, and then my phone began to change several times since the severely low battery symbol (with red) for the apple logo. I couldn't do anything, so I just waited, and after a while, my phone vibrated and turned as normally. Once he did, I backed up my laptop in case anything happened, and of course he did! Last night, I just let it play music (not connected what whatsoever) while I was using my laptop, but then the music stopped, and my phone started doing this thing (with low battery at the apple logo).

  I'm sure that my iPhone is falling out of my office was not sufficient to cause an impact because my carpet is soft, the phone was in an Otter Box case and my iPhone 4, which was my previous phone, suffered the worst falls, but it works always perfectly well after four years I got it. I think the previous owner could it be immersed in water or done something to damage the battery, but I don't know about you.   I tried to do the hard reset (press the Power and Home button at the same time for a few seconds until the phone will reboot), but that didn't do anything to my phone. I put the phone through the DFU mode and the process worked, but my phone did not respond to iTunes and has continued to do this thing 'low battery at the apple logo. Finally, I tried Recovery Mode and my phone wouldn't respond to iTunes after either. Now, every time that I load it, the screen just shows white symbol charger with a white top arrow pointing towards the iTunes logo. When it is connected to iTunes, it just says: 'your iPhone can not be updated; you need to restore it to factory settings. "He also said to restore the backup once the process is complete, but since my phone doesn't even properly turns on, I can't!

  The first time I did an update of the Recovery Mode and restoring, the 21 error code came. I just did again and error code - 18A shown and 21 again. My phone has always says to connect to iTunes.

  When I connect it to a regular socket, it shows me (in that order), the 'low battery' symbol, iTunes logo and remains the symbol "white charger with a white arrow pointing towards the iTunes logo.

  What should I do?

  PS I am also unable to verify that the phone is eligible for the battery replacement program because I can not get access to the number because the phone does not illuminate, but I don't have the IMEI/MEID number. Although I think there very unlikely it qualifies as the former owner must have had the phone for a while.

  It seems to me that your phone has serious hardware problems. I would like to make an appointment at your nearest Genius Bar striking technicians he there performed the Diagnostics on it to be sure. Good luck.
