  Dear professionals,

  We are running Oracle EBS R12 on Solaris SPARC. We are facing a problem with the Login Page does not appear. When I go through the database alert log file, it shows the TEMP teblespace was complete. After adding data in the TEMP tablespace file, it still does not. Nevertheless, it must bounce application. I need to know why after solving the question of space, Login Page didn't?  Why we must restart the application every time?

• R12 iHelp customization does not download

  I try to add a customization for the Oracle iProcurement checkout help document.
  
  I used:
  System Administration > help download > download the single file
  to get a local copy of the PORCHOUT.htm
  
  I changed the file to include some simple custom HTML
  
  When I try and make a single file upload (via System Administration > help download > Single File Upload) I get the following error:
  
  Error
  Download failed for - PORCHOUT.htm. Reason: Title of the Document not found /...path.../10.1.3/j2ee/home/PORCHOUT.htm
  
  I don't know why it uses a linux path, when I provide the file to / local machine option. I couldn't find anything about it on MOS or forums, so any help would be appreciated.

  I'm following Oracle Support Note + Integrating Oracle Applications Business Intelligence with Oracle E-Business Suite [552735.1 ID] + to allow my EBS users to log on to OBI Apps of the EBS instance. This does not work and that my EBS users log on dashboards and responses through the menu links documented in EBS. However, presentation BI administrator is not a user of the EBS and can now connect through the connection URL http:// < host > BI: 9704/analytics/saw.dll? Dashboard. Instead, there is a message:
  
  + "You are not already connected to the Oracle BI server." +
  
  + "If you have already connected, your connection may have expired, or a communication or a server error could have happened". +
  
  Is there a way to allow presentation BI administrator to directly access the login page BI, once integration at EBS has been set up?

• The mouse does not work on a few screens in windows 7

  I'm using a windows 7 64 Bit OS. My mouse has stopped working on a few pop - up screens.

  Steps to reproduce:
  Start > Control Panel > program > Java > a pop up appears and my mouse does not work on it.

  This is just one example.

  The same happens when I use Oracle EBS. The mouse does not work on the pop-up forms of oracle.

  Can anyone help.

  Internet Explorer: 11.0.9600.17631

  Windows: 8.1 (64)

  Now the problem is, the forms are not loaded in the browser.

  The default page while trying to open a form is telling to install file: oaj2se.exe which does not work.

  also I can use firefox (37.0.2) or chrome (42.0.2311.152 m) for EBS.

  We have Oracle ERP R12 12.0.6 running on the IBM AIX operating system with single node configuration server. These last two days, suddenly the login page does not appear for a few minutes. Once I bounced the level apps, it's ok. The database alert log shows this error "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbzwb_4], [], [], [], [], [], [], []. What it means? For the analysis of level apps, where can I find the log file? Is - this $INST_TOP/logs/admin/logs/appl/ora/10.1.2/forms or elsewhere?

  Recently, we have removed some entry queries (ESG for schema) of stage 1 & 3 and we added in step 4.

  This was done by the system administrator user.
